We absolutely love all our furniture between the quality and most importantly, the customer service is absolutely excellent!! Our Sales Rep, Kevin Lauritsen, went above and beyond the call of duty to make certain the whole furniture buying experience was a joy and done with excellence!! His expertise and care to customer service and also, design ideas was amazing!! We were truly blessed to have had Kevin help us in this process. Everything came together beautifully! The delivery was on time and the delivery team was excellent as well. You will not be disappointed using Furniture Warehouse to furnish your home and please, contact Kevin to help you! We ordered a love seat and chair with ottoman for one room, and a combo love seat and couch for another room. Our salesperson was tammy, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had all our needs for our home taken care of. The process was flawless, and the delivery was the same as well. we would refer the furniture warehouse to anyone interested

30-day mattress exchange is a scheme, read on.The staff at this location are very friendly, however, BEWARE: Do not believe that you may “easily exchange the mattress within 30Days“ as they will tell you.I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from this location. I was assured in person that I would be able to exchange the mattress, if I did not like it once delivered to my home = As long as I purchased their pricey mattress cover. Covers cost $100-200.Sidenote: You are not able to escape the delivery fee and pick it up yourself, because it comes from a centralized warehouse etc etc.Unfortunately the mattress does not feel the way it did in the store… I noticed immediately when the delivery personnel brought it through the door, it was nearly folded in half…poorly constructed as I’ve never seen a mattress bend in half.I reached out to the store, to discuss my options for exchanging it. I was told there is a 15% restocking fee (15% of your original purchase) PLUS they will charge you another reverse delivery fee, to pick it up. [They will not allow you to bring it back, although they will not use the mattress again so why does it matter how the item is returned?!?].Once you do choose another mattress you pay the difference naturally + ANOTHER delivery fee, because as we have learned already, – you may not pick it up yourself.All of the above said kindly with a smile.I will keep the flimsy and uncomfortable mattress set, maybe throw it in a back room or sell (cheaply) on marketplace… and let my people know that yes for an EXORBITANT amount of extra costs and FEES, you absolutely may not so easily exchange your mattress ~ all with a sweet smile ;)

My husband and I walked in and we were taking care of like we were the only ones in the store. The delivery went very smoothly. Our salesperson Diane was awesome. We bought our sectional from the Venice store.

Lynn was very knowledgeable, but gave us space to browse! They also had beautiful accessories! The delivery crew were very friendly and set sofa up quickly. Would definitely recommend Furniture Warehouse.

Our sales person, Patrick Galton, at the Venice store, is the nicest sales person that I have ever had to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and honest. We bought a dining room set and sleeper sofa and are very pleased with them. Our delivery persons, Fabian and Demetrio, were so nice and professional and had the furniture setup in no time. They were the best. I highly recommend The Furniture Warehouse and wish we would have went there first to purchase our other furniture.

We just moved to Venice and quickly found our furniture store! Our sales lady, Diane, was excellent. Our delivery guys were superb. We will definitely be longtime customers!

We purchased a dining room set at the end of 2020. The dining room set is a pickled oak color. Three chairs had damages, and the legs on the set had black scuff marks. We contacted furniture warehouse, and they agreed to replace the table and three chairs. That took almost a year when the new table came in and the three chairs they did not match the other chairs because of a dye lot difference. Contacted furniture warehouse and they agreed to replace the table and all the chairs. We waited almost another year to receive the third table and chairs. upon delivery, we discovered that the leaf in the table did not match the table, which was also agreed-upon and photographed by their delivery people. We contacted furniture warehouse, and now they wanted to set up three tables for us to look at, but unfortunately being that we are snowbirds we did not have the time to get there. When we contacted them about this problem, they said sorry it’s been too long, I don’t understand if the problem was existing why they wouldn’t take care of it. The quality of the furniture there is substandard and I would never buy from them again. Buy a beware.

I have had a nice experience with the furniture warehouse in Venice. Amy Eller goes over and above to make the sale goes as it should, keeps you updated at all times with any changes with the order. This makes such a difference on making a decision on going back for another purchase. I appreciate her expertise.

I wanted to let everyone know that Furniture Warehouse delivery men Fabian and Demetrius are far and away top notch people first, and excellent delivery and installers. They were fantastic. Melinda at the Venice store was top notch too as my salesperson.. I cannot say enough about the delivery service though.

This past Saturday was my second shopping experience with the furniture warehouse in Venice. I worked with Amy Eller. She was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend her for any of your furniture and or accessory purchases.My experience with Amy this past weekend was fantastic. I highly recommend her.
