Bank with 5/3 for years. Needed something addressed immediately. Branch on Jacaranda was very helpful and courteous. Other 5/3 branch would not help. Thank you Team Jacaranda.

I've been a 53rd banking customer for many years and have always experienced excellent service from many of the nearby branches. Today I received exceptional service from Brandon Postlewaite at the Jacaranda branch. They were really busy and I needed a list of items. He took my list and worked on it between scheduled appointments and then called me later in the day when he had it all ready! I really appreciate the great service I receive at 53rd!!!

Not the best customer service. Tellers are fine , but beware of the representativesEnded up driving to Venice Ave and Pinebrook, much better service at that location!

Just put large sums of money in this bank…cd 75k and money market 45k…they will not let me touch my money market saving for 10 days, they lied to me and said it would be available the next day. Even though both checks cleared my bank yesterday. I will be calling the banking commissioner today, but just wanted to give people the heads up, should have stuck with Truist. I will be taking my money to another bank in 10 days….cd will mature on 2/6/24, will grab that out on 2/7/24….there are many better banks out there, stay away from these guys.

This bank is holding my money hostage for 10 days, with no reason…the banking commissioner will be contacted. They cashed my check from another bank and refuse to allow me access to it…it is a larger some if money that I needed to put to use for home improvements….avoid at all costs!!!

Stay clear of Brandon Postlewaite, he will lie about rates and money availability…stay clear of bank manager Reba, Rema whatever she calls herself, also lies about everything, when you ask her a question she tells a different lie….Do not put any money in this bank!

Applied for an equity line of credit for my paid for condo in Venice at this branch in October. I provided tax returns, paystubs and bank statements. The “Underwriter” kept making it difficult, asking for additional documents followed by needing additional documents. After three months of dragging their feet I withdrew my request for a loan. When I get back down there I will close my accounts at this bank. Looking for a bank that values their customers.

Very nice exterior building. Lisa & Chris-Lee were so amazing and helpful. Lisa took the time to assist me with resolving a few issues and answering my questions with a smile on her face and great customer service. Chris-Lee came to provide teamwork support as well to resolve an issue for me. Thank you both and you 2 are an asset for 5/3!

5/3 on Jacaranda in Venice has the best staff. I can walk in and talk with Joann any time. You can make deposits through ATM some banks do not have that. They have always been supportive, and the best thing is the Identity Alert they provide.

You can't call this bank up. When you do at their local phone number, you will receive a recorded message during regular business hours with only one option which is for Fifth Third employees. I think I will take my business elsewhere!
