Awful service….staff spends 10Xs more time training customers how to check themselves out rather than just do their job as cashiers…beyond ludicrous…. would have zero issue checking myself out if I received a 20% discount on my purchase… in the meantime, I will be standing in line insisting on the cashier checking me out until that happens…

I just want to say these guys went above and beyond today for my family. It’s Memorial Day and all the other pharmacies are closed except this one CVS in Venice. I left them a voicemail and someone actually called me back and said they could fill the script and will be open till 6. I got in my car and The pharmacist clearly has been slammed all day but managed to keep a smile and work as quickly as he could to help as many people as he and his team could. I waited patiently as he worked through the insurance headaches and a still managed to find a discount for us since our insurance company would not cover the script. The pharmacist filled my script in under 15 minutes. I thanked them and seriously could not have gotten my daughter her script to help her from being miserable from a severe cough without this caring pharmacy team. Thank you CVS!

Store is dirty and messy. Managers seem lazy and non chalant like everyone else should do the work while they stand around dumbfounded. No wonder why they can't keep employees

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Prescriptions not ready, prescriptions not processed and no way to reach a live person. Fluctuating pricing for the same prescriptions. Recently had a prescription filled for over $120.00. Found out the exact same prescription at Walgreens was $14.00!!
I've been using this pharmacy for over ten years. That is about to change.

Terrible service by the pharmacy. They will let prescriptions sit, will not call back doctors, poor attention to detail. I’ll have to switch to another CVS further away.

CVS' new way of checking people out is horrible! They now have someone helping their 2 self checkouts instead of actually checking people out at the register. I mentioned it to her and she rolled her eyes and said that's the way CVS wants it now. So I won't be going back unless they bring back a human cashier.

This store is the worst. I understand they are busy. However, they don't answer customer phone calls direct. You have to leave a message and it could take hours for a call back. Even my physician can not get through to the pharmacy. The employees are definitely overwhelmed with the volume of prescriptions and customers. Hire more people. They deserve negative stars!

Pharmacy workers are rude and always angry if you ask them anything . They had me come inside because I use Good Rx, then made me switch three different windows, and had me stand in line each time they switched me.

Slowest pharmacy in town. I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that was ready. Only 1 cashier was working the registers, and 1 on the drive-up. It's like this every time I go in.

The worst Pharmacy, I have ever encountered. Never answers the phone or answers the phone and then hangs up on you. Save yourself a big headache and don’t go here!

Huge line at the pharmacy. Poor guy running the register calls for help but all other staff refused to help him. Apparently snack time while dispensing pills is more important? Isn't that some sort of violation gross..

Husband released from hospital at 5. Prescription called in at 3. Tried to pick it up a little before 6. Told not ready and didn't know when it would be. 12 noon the next day, still not ready. Good thing his pain was bearable.
