I wish I got the name of the pharmacy staff member I was speaking to yesterday (Saturday 6/1/24)
He went above and beyond to ensure a mutual patient was able to receive a prescription. I am full of regret for not getting his name to ensure he gets the recognition he deserves.

This CVS has the friendliest employees and manager I have ever seen. They are all so helpful and take the time to treat shoppers with courtesy & respect. The manager does a wonderful job as well & has helped me to locate items I was looking for. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. There are always great sales and with the coupons and rewards, shoppers can save a lot of money. Wonderful store!

Four stars up from one--CVS responded to my concern! Thank you. Like others in these reviews my chief complaint was lack of communication. Something was wrong with the system so that customers had no way to communicate with this pharmacy! Likewise frustrated, I messaged corporate on Facebook Messenger and within two days it seems the system was changed so that now one can actually leave a message and receive a return call to help with customer's concerns/needs. As I told corporate, the store staff and pharmacist themselves are very good, kind, efficient and helpful and I have wondered if they had even been aware of the problem with their automated phone answering system. I like the app but it could use a feature allowing customers to message the pharmacy or request a call-back. Let's see if this improvement remains and becomes a positive standard by which this company is known!

I consistently have very positive shopping, vaccination and prescription fill experiences at this CVS. This week especially. A need for clarification in my script order was noticed, resulting in my being unable to get my script in as timely manner as expected. However, my concerns were met & resolved by the helpful, informative, and patient service from staff & pharmacists. I appreciated the texts, as well as three in person contacts. The follow up requested clarification, care, and communication with my medical team assured I got the appropriate dosage,

THESE PEOPLE SUCK! They DONT return voice-mail and its impossible to talk to someone over the phone because of their automated service that makes you leave messages THAT ARE NEVER RETURNED! I'm schizophrenic AND epileptic and they've ignored me for days. Soon I'll start hallucinating and having seizures. THANKS A LOT!

At the CVS today I experienced wonderful customer service with the person name, Martha and another person named Jay. They were so kind and courteous to me and all of the other customers. The pharmacy staff has always been extremely patient and very polite and considerate to myself and the other customers as I frequent the pharmacy regularly to pick up prescriptions and items for my family members. This CVS is amazingly clean and super organized. Way to go team Venice CVS on the bypass! I also had an employee named Suzanne assist me with redeeming my lost cvs care card, and she was exceptionally amazing and definitely puts her customer’s need as her top priority. Thank you!

“Walk ins welcome”nobody in vaccines area, she refused us service because we have to make an appointment but there are signs everywhere saying walk ins welcome
Also never a cashier. Although the person who’s up near the front helping with self check out constantly ends up checking people out anyway, super confusing.
A simple question: why are the black Santa Claus is in the back but the white Santa Claus are up by the front door?
