My prescription was ready on time and the cost was very reasonable!

Pharmacist overcharged for the prescription, charging almost retail. My wife did not realize he had done that. The pharmacist two days prior told me that my Accu Check test strips were not covered under my Medicare coverage. That same afternoon my wife's pharmacy in Texas said her test strips were ready for pickup. When we confirmed with them that we still had coverage under Medicare , they assured us that we were covered. the pharmacist at CVS attitude is very negative. When I came to pickup a prescription he told that staff that I could get the prescription the next day, even though the clerk had the items in her hand. When I said the order was called in 2 days ago, he told the clerk I would wit 20 minutes to get the prescription. Extremely negative attitude to customers. Will never return to this CVS Pharmacy again. It is a little longer drive to the next CVS, but we will make the drive.

The last 3 visits to the pharmacy have been very unpleasant. Each time I call in my prescription, the automated message says your prescription will be ready in 1 hr. I usually wait a few days to pick up. This week I called my prescription in on Sunday and picked up on Wednesday. When I arrived today the gal in the driveway asked my name. I told her and spelled it, with DOB. She began looking it up and asked me the same information several more times. She may have had a hard time hearing me as I struggled to hear her over the mic a few times also. Then she said “your prescription is not ready. You can pull around and wait 30 min or come back later.” Then she puts the phone down and walks away. I was stunned with how clipped her demeanor was and rude customer service. I waited until she came back to the phone and which point she gave me a stare and I waved. She picked back up the phone with a glare. I asked if she could double check as I called it in on Sunday and at that time was told the item would be ready in 1 hr. She rolled her eyes and said “you can pull around the parking lot and wait 30 min or you can return later.” (She did not check) I once again said “could you double check to make sure this isn’t a mistake, as…..(she interrupts me as says) “you can pull around and wait 30 min or you can come back later.” Puts the phone down quickly. At that point I was annoyed at her rudeness and replied “a little bit of kindness with people goes a long way.” She didn’t reply, she just stared. When I returned 30 min later she verified my insurance, then told me the total which was double what I paid last time. I asked her to see if the insurance covered it since that total did not sound correct. She said “maybe you haven’t met your deductible.” I asked if that would affect the prescription price as it was 1/2 that price last time. She shrugged her shoulders and said “do you want the prescription or not?” I took the prescription and will call my insurance, but based on my interactions, will not be surprised if she just didn’t make any effort. This is the same person that was rude to me on my last visit as well. Her tone is just so unpleasant from the moment she starts her interactions. On my last visit my prescription was not only not ready, they had not ordered my medication and I had to wait 3 additional days for my thyroid meds to be delivered. She offered no apologies for it not being ordered. She just said “you can come back in a few days.” I asked “do you know what day?” She replied with an eye roll “when the mail delivers it.” I then said “yes, of course, does your computer have an estimated day?” Her response “no, we will call you.”I waited 3 days, called several times and was unable to reach a person in the pharmacy so I just stopped by during the errands. Same girl:same stellar personality (insert sarcasm). Guess what, my prescription wasn’t ready. It had arrived, but wasn’t prepared. She told me she could “rush it” and have it ready in 30 min.The time prior to that, the drive thru was closed at 3pm in the afternoon. No sign was up to give any explanation. Just nobody there. It was so strange! I went into the store and asked if they had a pharmacy still and the gal at the register said “maybe they went to lunch if nobody is there.” ?I have never visited a CVS that closed mid day and usually if a smaller boutique pharmacy is closed, the hrs are publicly marked.I understand we are living in a time where good help is hard to find, but how in the world has this pharmacy continued with this level of service. It’s not like any other CVS pharmacy I’ve ever visited.

Most of the time the web site is down, the phone has not worked for 3 months. I know half the problem is all these Yankees, snow birds ,go home! It's really sad when the pharmacist profile you and do not tell the truth. They say my Rx is out of stock on Friday and I need to call around different pharmacy. Yet on a Sunday,.when that particular pharmacist is not there , my medication is there. Life is hard and not having a medication that ya been getting for 8 years , at this particular pharmacy. It really makes one feel Horrible, stopping a medicine cold turkey and it's always this one pharmacist who doesn't tell the truth . Some thing should be done ,yet if i speak out , I fear the repercussions. Hell they might ban me for leaving this truthful review. She knows it's wrong to lie ,and to make others suffer and stress out because of her not telling the truth . It's just hateful and evil and people like her have no business being a pharmacist. A pharmacist is supposed to want to help others not the opposite. That's hatred ?

No one ever answers the phone! You can't do everything on the app!! The worst managed CVS.

Tried calling the pharmacy with questions - then tried again and again . Nobody answered . Whoever is managing this place should probably be managing a bowling alley - but then again i'd feel sorry for the bowlers .

Somebody needs to do something with the pharmacy. While standing here, I overheard the same issue I had with two other patients. Prescriptions are sent here electronically, and they are not filling them. People call, and they are not picking up the phone. The line outside had almost 10 cars, so I came inside, and there were 8 people in front of me, although you didn't see them all in the picture. I'm not sure what the problem is. I see at least three people working the pharmacy in the back. Bring more staff or fix your process. I've been with CVS for over 15 years. I've never seen this before, and it is awful.

Dr. sent in my daughter's prescription 3 days ago and they never bothered to fill the medication. No phone call nothing. Just stored the prescription to her profile.
