I brought in my fiance's gold bracelet to repair the clasp that had broke. I spoke to Kelsey and she showed me exactly what they were going to do which was to fix it and build up the clasp a bit. And she estimated when it would be finished. She was very friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to. It was actually done a few days earlier then they expected. When I picked it up, it looked great and we were definitely happy with their work. The clasp was build up like he wanted so it won't brake again. Thank you for making the process so easy!!

My wife, Rita, and I have been customers of Classic Creations in Diamonds and Gold for approximately 5 years. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Steve Lamb has gone out of his way to look for particular jewelry items that my wife wanted, recently a pair of ear rings. We have had our watches serviced there. We have bought and sold jewelry there and haven always felt satisfied with the price of all transactions. We classify Steve not only as an experienced jeweler, but also as a trusted friend. There are many fine jewelers in the Venice area, but in my experience, none compare to the service and quality of work completed by Classic Creations. We just had a new diamond set in an existing setting and the results are better than we could have imagined. Thanks Steve for your help in obtaining the right stone and seeing that everything turned out perfectly. We will only choose Classic Creations in the future.

The absolute BEST! The workmanship is top notch, but, most of all it’s the people who really make Classic Creations someplace special. My wife and I are repeat customers (as was my late mother) and simply can’t find enough nice things to say about them. If we’re looking to purchase jewelry, have it created or repaired (including our Rolex timepieces), Classic Creations is our first and last stop.

We love Classic Creations! We are snowbirds so every time we come home we always visit the store. We purchased my husband’s wedding band from here in 2019.My Father passed away in April of 2023. I brought my Mother to Florida. Their 56th Anniversary would have been today, 11/18/23. My father gave my Mother a chain 50 years ago and she broke the charm on the necklace a couple of years ago. Classic Creations had the perfect medallion so that she could put it on her chain. It was the perfect gift for a perfect occasion, thank you for your help!

The staff was very helpful when we needed a family heirloom repaired and refurbished. They did a wonderful job and more importantly, they helped to keep my secret leading up to our 55th anniversary. This is the only place I would ever go for jewelry.

This place is wonderful. I have an older watch that my husband had made. It needed a stem and crown. I went to some small jewelers hoping they may be able to help but no one could. I should have know just to come to Classic Creations. I walked in and they said they could do it. I picked it up on Saturday and it is beautifully cleaned and repaired. Staff is wonderful as well as service. Thank you.

I brought a silver herringbone bolo bracelet in to get repaired. Originally I thought a lobster clasp would be better, but I was told the jeweler could not do that. I went to pick it up, explained that if the bolo could not be repaired, the bracelet was not wearable. Stephanie went back to talk with the jeweler, researched a solution and my bracelet is good as new!

I love this store. My first experience was online. I bought multiple sets of figurines. My second and third experience happened in person. The staff was very attentive to my daughter’s needs. Not only did she pick out a beautiful necklace with their help. My daughter also got her ears pierced and bought her first set of hearings. This will be the first of many sets of earrings to come, I assure you. Thank you for all your help Classic Creations.

I have used the jewelry repair department twice. Both times were stellar experiences. My first visit was to get the watchband adjusted on a new watch I had been gifted. Even though it had not been purchased there, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness. My second visit was to get the silver buffed out in a custom ring I owned. After being rejected at another business (I was told they were afraid to break the stone plus the silver would just get scratched again) I decided to give Classic Creations another try. I am so happy I did. They were able to buff out some striations in the silver and clean the ring beautifully. All at an unbeatable price. I am very grateful and appreciative of this business and would highly recommend them.
