Chase is the worst business I have ever dealt with! Opened an account online and in 2 weeks they closed account without notifying me. It's been a month and I have not received balance back. Customer disservice is a disaster.

Every time we need a notary they are impossible to get. Having learned from this pattern we tried calling ahead but no one answered all morning. We call the 800# that you are told to call. The rep called the branch to verify someone would br there and availability around noon. I get out of work, meet my husband and witness at 11:45 and are told she is in a meeting and will be for an hour! She was in her office! They checked with her and sent us to Northport. Frustrating.

Rude woman working inside. Had an attitude the moment I sat to get help with my account. Won't be using this branch again. They need people who are friendly and willing to help people, not speak to their customers like they're idiots.

I guess this bank isn't there in your times of need! Had my 2019 tax refund returned & stimulus check because I had to closed account due to fraud and have 2 other accounts with them & still would not move deposits to them. Employee there then threatened me to transfer me to the customer service 800 number! So glad I've been banking with them for 20 years! NOT! Worse customer service and care I've ever seen! I guess banks are excluded from in time of a pandemic there not there for you or try to help!! Don't care about customer's! After this is all over will be taking my business elsewhere! Rated a big fat F!

Awesome bank, I opened an account and I have found them more helpful than most. They are up with the times, and have very classy ways of banking, that is made easy. I needed some online help, and I was very impressed with the services provided.
