Chase is the worst business I have ever dealt with! Opened an account online and in 2 weeks they closed account without notifying me. It's been a month and I have not received balance back. Customer disservice is a disaster.

Atm is broken every other week, for many years. Has even taken my money before and did not account for it. Very inconvenient

Had a bad experience. I had my earpiece in and was not even talking and after putting my atm card in ( inside at desk) the older lady was standing in front of me i was telling my caller i will call you later. They hung up. Remember i had my ear piece in my ear. She abruptly said i will come back when your off the phone stormed off. I had my pin in and caller was off at that point. I wasnt having any conversation. All she heard me say i will call you later. Left me standing there for 4 min. I went to counter nex t to her where another teller. Younger manager. proceeded to tell me i think she was helping you. I then told her does it look like she is there she left. as i was in disbelief at this point how they treated me i left. I since havent been back to that branch by publix. I drive to the good one on the island. I am 55 years old own a buisness and that is not how you treat people.

Great bank. Always on top, if something goes wrong, they contact you right away. Tellers are very friendly and outgoing. Customer service is very understanding and helpful

Went in to our local Chase branch to open a trust account. Our condo was under contract so it needed to happen in a timely fashion. We supplied all docs required and was told we would be contacted in a couple days after legal reviewed them. The personal banker we spoke to did leave voicemail saying he had news. Not yes, not no, not what he needed, just news. Over the next week we left 3 voicemails. When he didn’t call back we finally went back to our branch. He wasn’t working that day so we had to leave a fourth request for customer service. On our way home, we stopped by a competitor. By the time Chase finally called us back, that competitor (5th /3rd bank ) had quickly and efficiently opened us an account. Very poor customer service @ Chase. So what now, do we move our Chase accounts to the new bank? We normally do everything online. The one time in years we needed help, Chase had zero to offer.

My wife opened an account and signed up for chase private client because of offer of $2,000 for doing so. It was a lot of work to transfer her investment account from schwab. 2 months later we go to bank to ask when the bonus will show in her account, and what do you know, they never put the code in the account so too bad for us. Our banker then told us we could close our account and transfer everything back to schwab and wait for the next offer. The branch manager cindy jones tried to blame us for the problem. She then told us she would see what she could do and get back to us. Guess what? No return call. We took our money out and put back in schwab at our expense. Dont open an account at chase, they have the worst customer service.

Every time we need a notary they are impossible to get. Having learned from this pattern we tried calling ahead but no one answered all morning. We call the 800# that you are told to call. The rep called the branch to verify someone would br there and availability around noon. I get out of work, meet my husband and witness at 11:45 and are told she is in a meeting and will be for an hour! She was in her office! They checked with her and sent us to Northport. Frustrating.

The worst!! I’ve had so many issues with this bank it’s not even funny! Now my card is stuck in the atm and not even one of them would come out to help . They couldn’t even be bothered to put an out of order sign up and when I asked for help all they could say was it will take a while but it will come out eventually ??♀️ thanks lady ? so over it , finding a new bank

9/10 times I go to the drive through ATM at this location only, it’s not working. Employees can’t even be bothered to check if it’s working or post a sign it’s not, so you sit there wasting even more time. Beyond ridiculous for a bank to have an ATM that never works.

I believe this location was super busy because Chase in Englewood is now closed Saturday and Sunday and it’s right on 41; however, the teller was super friendly and acted like it was not a big deal! She even gave our pup a treat when we were waiting ? Now I understand why I am switching from PNC. Will definitely be back for other needs!

Sign on front door of the Tamiami Trail branch says: "open until six." When the banker in charge of closing, locked the door at 5, I inquired as to what they was all about. He dismissively said--some days we close at 5 and some days at 6. Couldn't even apologize to the customer!RA
