CAR DOC on Venice Island is a superb place to do business.
DESIREE was my contact and she was outstanding. She explained pros and cons of every tire available for my Mustang. Desiree is knowledgable, meets deadlines, has a great personality, and remembers who her customers are. Stacy, the general manager and Michael the owner care about customer satisfaction. My 4 tires and alignment were completed in 2.5 hours and my vehicle went into the shop just minutes after my scheduled appointment. The tire prices were lower than many other locations. Bring your car to Car Doc!! You won’t regret it. I love everything about them here. Super friendly people and top quality service on my car. I had nothing but issues with my BMW X5 and took it to three different places before here. Brought it to Car Doc and they set my car straight finding things that others didn’t catch and being completely honest about what I needed. Even a very rusty transmission crossmember! Couldn’t believe I was driving around with that and no other place mentioned it. Car Doc is the only place I’m bringing my car now. It’s running like it’s brand new.

Stacy and Car Doc are fabulous. I’ve never had a better experience at a repair shop. They are thorough in their inspection of the car and explanation of what they recommend to be addressed. Very reasonable prices and great value. Also, I think their service bays are cleaner than my doctor’s office. I highly recommend you check them out for your next oil change or car repair.

Car Doc was an absolute lifesaver! As a single mother finding a place to trust with car repairs is no small feat. A friend had mentioned Car Dog and I’m so glad I listened. My daughter’s AC was out and Stacy and Desiree got her car in the same day. They were very thorough in explaining the process of identififying the problem and the costs associated. Not only did the they fix the problem in a timely manner but really cared to also educate my daughter about her vehicle and the importance of maintenance. So grateful to have this wonderful local company!! They’ll take good care of you.

If you want honesty, fair pricing and your vehicle fixed right this is the place to go!! The management team is amazing!! The communicstion between the mechanics and managment is top tier. I had purchased my vehicle from a not so honest auto center and while dropping my son off at Venice high, my car warning lights came on and I rolled into CarDoc on the island. They were able to diagnose it after a thorough inspection. They even offered no credit check financing which was extremely helpful. Thank you to Stacy the GM and Desiree her assistant for doing everything in their power to help me!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike gave me a.lift home after I dropped off my car on Tuesday. I had a deadline because I had travel reservations early on Thursday. They made sure my radiator was replaced and my car road ready by 4pm on Wednesday. And picked me up-to get the car. Desiree was very knowledgeable and friendly.
That's the second time I have been there. The service is great, and Car Doc's is my go to place for my 2013 Lexus.
