It took way too long to get the work done. And the vehicle came back and worst condition then it showed up. They said we waited two weeks on a detail. And it was not detailed. They have every excuse in the world why the work isn't done.

Took car in at scheduled drop off on 19th of June. Never heard back. I had to call got some lies about it being next. was told should be done by Monday the 1st. Called again on Wednesday the 3rd was lied to again and told it was on the lift and should be done by end of day. Went in on the 8th not only was car not done car had a dead battery and was never even looked at. I suspect any positive reviews on here are owners friends.

I highly recommend this shop! Jim and Jason are who I worked with, they are very knowledgeable and on top of repairs and maintenance. They have fair pricing as well. They gained a repeat customer with me!

Needed new radiator, Jimmy always takes great care of us, very fair on pricing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend. Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful. It isn’t the fastest service because he is so booked out but so worth it to know he treats our cars like his and wants my family safe.

Jimmy and his team are amazing! They were the first mechanic shop that I took my car to when I first moved here. Being a single parent it was really nerve-racking hoping that I would be able to find someone that wouldn't take advantage of me and Jimmy has always been upfront and honest with me knowing that I had limited funds he really worked with me to get the important things done and not offering unnecessary services that could wait until another date. He knows I only have the one vehicle, and that I would have to wait at his shop so he gets me in as fast as he can even offering to squeeze me in if he can sometimes for emergencies. It just feels like home and I'm very grateful that I found them.
