Absolutely the worst place of business I have ever dealt with in my life. Deceiving staff, deceiving promotions, fraudulent and unethical business practices, management admitting to making the mistake and plain and simple telling me in person, that they are not going to fix it.I have contacted and filled out complaint forms with the AG office, FTC, and FCC.Update... Since I can't reply to your response. You have my info, I've given it to you numerous times and no one, branch manager, district manager, or ATT customer service, ever reached out with an update, not once in 5 months! I'm the one that has always come in and contacted you.

GIVE AMANDA A RAISE ASAP!!! I never write reviews (like actually) but I need to write this one. She was seriously so helpful. I came in yesterday night to upgrade my phone, and she made sure to answer any questions I had. She was also the only employee in the store, and made sure to take care of everyone + respectfully multitask, and welcome each person coming in the store (which I’ve been to stores that will ignore the customers if already with one.) She was a great talker, and kept great company during downtime of waiting for my phone to transfer over. Overall her customer service was amazing, and most of all genuine. Thank you so much girl!

Stopped in today about 12:30pm, two staff members on duty, in the store was three customers plus my wife and I. One customer was actively being taken care of. A man was at a table possibly being taken care of but no staff member was with him. Another couple was sitting at a table with no service being provided. The second staff member was engaged in taking out the trash, several large boxes from Christmas, signs etc. when the couple asked the man taking out trash if he could help them do a return, as they’ve been waiting for a hour, he told them no, he was busy with a task. I laughed out loud at this. He came back in the store, I asked if he thought it was wise to make customers wait while he took out trash, he literally chuckled and said he had a task to complete. Another couple walked in at this time, I told them what the guy was doing, they immediately walked out. We decided AT&T didnt deserve our business (2 new I-phones) and left. As prior business owners, if my employee would have done this, there would be an immediate job opening. Its horrible enough how slow AT&T stores are but this was beyond amazing to witness.

Always short handed and this staff is awful. They simply don't care if you're coming to the store. To have a problem fixed, bring yourself a couple meals and a pad to watch a movie on. Why you're there mines while bring some popcorn.

Corwin did a great job taking care of me and my family. We all got new phones. Great customer service. Will definitely make this store my home store. And recommend anyone needed AT&T service to this store.

Alex really messed up my account. Returned my devices but I've been charged for 6 months. Very disappointed. I had to go to another store to get help

Absolute horrible service. Corwin was rude and short with not only me but the other customers in the store. I was in there for hours trying to switch my phones. He put me on a plan that was $70 more expensive than what we talked about. Luckily the At&t store down the street fixed it for me. I would stay far away rom this location and take your business down the street. Corwin is definitely not an assett to the business

Ryan is the best! I arrived with my 91 year old mother-in-law that managed to secure a ton of spam from multiple “cleaning” apps on an old Galaxy S8. Then tried to port her number from tracphone to VzW on a new S23. The Tracphone “help” was no help. Ryan patiently completed the service transfer, removed the spam and set up the new phone. Thank you Ryan. You have restored our faith in valued customer service.

Only one star because it would not allow me to put zero. The manager, Alex Kusma, practices dishonest and predatory methods in order to get you to sign up for things under the guise of better signal and a lower bill. However, once the next bill comes you will realize that he has lied to you, not only about the signal/benefits, but also about your bill.We were told we would be switched to a "better plan" with the guarantee that it provided better signal than the previous, with priority, and that it would lower the bill. However, after going to a corporate store and speaking with them, they said none of that is true. Not only did he change the plan to a worse one, with less benefits, he also simply just added another line. So there was an activation fee, some pro rated fees, plus the cost of an additional line which was not needed and will not be used. In addition, after being told multiple times not to remove Next Up, the early upgrade option, from one of the lines, he did. He also, after being told not to, removed the HBO Max benefit.When we went back to try and resolve the Next Up issue, in order to upgrade the phone, we were told there is no way for that option to be put back on once removed. We were NOT told this. Another representative at the store also stated they are not able to remove that item, yet he did it somehow anyways. This was confirmed with the customer service at AT&T. A few days later when we received the bill with a $120 INCREASE (remember supposed to be lower) the representative there said since they are not a corporate store, they are not able to remove anything. The nearest corporate store is 18 miles.I went to the corporate store and spoke with a representative there. She is the one that provided all the information above. The plan removed benefits, does not provide better signal or priority, and it is not cheaper. He simply added a second line to the device.When this location was a corporate store it was great. Since becoming an "authorized retail" franchise store it is terrible.The nearest corporate store is at 2499 Tamiami TrlPort Charlotte, FL 33952 or 2300 Bee Ridge RoadSarasota, FL 34239DO NOT USE THIS STORE. will place a zero if possible, the staff is very unwilling to assists by phone or in person. just handed over the phone we ordered online, didn't even ask if we have any questions, when ask if he can assits to unlock the old phone, said he cant and did not offer any advice. when ask to assists to transfer contacts from old to new phone, he looks upset and ended not not doing if as he pretends to try.. will not use this branch again.
