Noah was awesome! Not only was I greeted right away but he fixed my phone and helped with my bill. Great personality and customer service was great! Normally I dread going into the store but he was very helpful and friendly. Thanks again!

The experience I had with Derron and staff was nothing but stellar. I've had multiple bad experiences with other At&t locations and this was anything but that. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a new phone with no hassle. This will be my go to store from now on! Thanks again gentleman

I have been an ATT customer for 7 years and never in my life have I been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a store . I have been at the store almost every single day for the past 3-4 weeks . Even having to drive almost an hour out of my way to go to the corporate store. My phone bill increased double than what I’ve paid for the past 7 years. Manager tried to switch me over to first net . Which made my nurses and physicians discount come off . My plan was changed without my permission . Everytime I go to the store the employees say the manager isn’t in when I cleary hear him In the back . Or they tell me he will call me and he never does. It’s pretty bad when the corporate office and other stores tell you to stay away from that store ! Needless to say I will be canceling my plan and taking my service elsewhere.

Derron is a fantastic at&t employee. He was extremely efficient at multi tasking and making sure everybody was helped despite how busy they were. I got my phone at another store and I should have come here instead. Despite that he still helped me out.

This place is the best place in Venice Fl area to get a new cell phone. Very professional and suggested great products ..sets your new phone up for you perfectly! Don't go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!

Best customer service at this store. I have been a satisfied ATT customer for a long time and had some issues with my iPhone. Darian, the store manager was so friendly and patient and helped me solve my issues that no one else could figure out. I was so grateful and give him extra bonus points!!! Thank you!!! Absolutely the best experience I have had when buying new phones and setting them up. Our guy Chris was so knowledgeable and really took the time to help us choose the right phones for us and how to use all the great features...I have not bought a new phone in 5 years and he had me using it like a pro...thank you Chris...you have the patience of a saint!!
