I had a family member go to the Venice location for a simple tooth pain issue... they came home with "that was the worst dental office & experience I've ever been too! The Dentist lady, Dr Lee was TERRIBLE! Very Rude &unprofessional! No Family member will Ever set foot in this Dental Facility!No proper screening! ...even the Staff were unprofessional!Xray Tech was not good, almost cutting family members mouth ...they left feeling in more pain than when they got there!Check lots of other reviews... multiple complaints & 1 Star reviews!I even read Many reviews about overcharging & even charging for things that were not done!Dental Facility should at least be under investigation to see if this is happening more often that not!Can I leave No or Negative Stars???Reviews are helpful to others & provide transparency!

Felt like a herd of sheep. Tons of x-rays. Then the hygienist that probe my gums, then the dentist that reviewed my x-rays, never probing my teeth. Informs me of root canal.They will not touch your teeth without deep cleaning 1st. To the office for a breakdown of what needed to be done. Just a very small amout of 10,680. I felt like I was then in a car dealership. No compassion. Very sad.

Great staff and great service. They do everything they can to meet their patient's needs. 10/10 recommend them for any dental work needed

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental. It’s what I expected. The only complaint I would have is when it came time to pay I was told that I could pay 60% of my bill and as far as I can tell it came to more than that. My fault I didn’t question the total. Other than that I had a great experience. I would recommend Aspen Dental! Every person I came in contact with was very friendly from the time I walked in the door until the time left. Thanks Aspen Dental!!!!

Aspen Dental has one thing in mind and that is to make money!! I wonder of these 4 star ratings probably Aspen employees. I went in for a toothache and told them that I couldn’t get in to see my regular dentist right away. I asked if they could fix this problem until I see my dentist. They did every X-ray test that they could possibly do to run the bill up since they saw that I have good insurance. Next thing you know, they have a $7,000 plan for me to do and said they couldn’t fix the tooth because I needed a root canal and the traveling doctor who does the root canal won’t be in the office for another week. By that time I was able to see my dentist who was upset because I didn’t need a root canal only a filling which cost me $70!!! Stay away from this place. They are only there to make money!! Why are you making a laundry list of things that need to be done when I was there only to get this one thing fixed and I told you I would be returning to my dentist but I needed only this 1 thing done because I was in pain and I leave the office with all these charges and my tooth wasn’t fixed and hurt even more now!! Shameful especially after my dentist said that all these things on the list weren’t necessary.

A bit of a wait from check-in to being escorted back for X-rays, but once that was finished, I’d give it a strong five stars. Excellent / attentive hygeniest (reviewing my X-rays) and excellent attention from the dentist herself. Very pleasant & professional front desk follow up explaining insurance / out of pocket promptly scheduling my follow-up appointment. Appreciated it!

I am attempting to find a new dentist and made an appointment. The regular dentist was on vacation the day of my appointment. I say a fill in from another office. I had X-rays and a cat scan. The dentist I saw was very good, but wouldn’t be the one I would see if I continue Togo there. I should have been told this when I made the appointment. While she was great at what she did, I should have been told and allowed to make an appointment to see the regular dentist. Nothin was done other than a routine exam and now I must wait a few days to make an appointment to see the regular dentist. It was a waste of everyone’s time for me to have gone. Nothing was repaired and I’m no closer to seeing that done had I not gone.

I got scammed! DON'T GO unless you like to be lied to. First< I'd been there before. I know some time lapsed since my last visit.I'd called and scheduled a cleaning. So when I showed up, they had me update my information- nothing changed since the last visit.They told me it would be $159, gave them my card, and they took me back to what I thought would be a cleaning.I knew something was up when they started doing x-rays.Than the lady was new, that didn't bother me. What bothered me is when the Hygienist came in and started to do my gum measurements. This isn't my first time of going to the dentist. She was calling out measurements, without really measuring.Than the told me I needed to console with with the office manager.What I thought was going to be a cleaning turned into a First time exam, and they told me I had to come back for the cleaning.Told them, I can get that for free everywhere.I'd give a negative star if I could- Lied to and cheated.

When you CANT start with a basic cleaning using excuses about bogus corporate guidelines. And then financial manager gives you an itinerary of an overpriced plan with a weirdness throughout the facility & staff. Definitely a declining business !!

Aspen Dental exudes ALL of the negatives you’ve read about. I wasted 2 hours and walked out with a $3500 “estimate”, and that was AfTER applying my pricy dental insurance?. They are the “Used car salesmen of Dentistry”.

The dentist wouldn't do a complete exam because I refused the planing procedure. She told me a tooth needed extracted (which I already knew) but wouldn't discuss any of my other teeth. I'm asking Humana to refuse payment.

Wonderful staff that is very polite and knowledgeable. Most of us hate going to the dentist but they take care of you and make sure it’s a pleasant experience.

Asian lady was cute but rude. She didn't listen. Just tried to sell me everything else. Obviously they don't keep "good" record, because I had already been in there. Waste of time. Everyone else was very nice though.

I was in Aspen dental in Venice Florida on Thursday, July 6 they took x-rays and told me they had to contact my doctor before they could do anything. I’ve been waiting since then to hear back from the office. I tried to contact them all day today and I’ve gotten the runaround on the automated voice system.

Made an appointment for a cleaning. Got there early, waited over an hour and left after not being seen by anyone. The front desk staff was very nice, but apparently they're dealing with IT issues.
