Horrible experience. Came here for my first appointment regarding an amh test, was wanting to donate my eggs but this might have scared me out of doing so. Man drawing my blood was not wearing a mask (not sure if that mandatory anymore but he wasn’t) He did not wash or sanitize his hands and I was expecting him to put gloves on after feeling for a vein but he did not! Then he stuck me 4 or 5 times in the same arm, leaving the turnequet on the whole time, unable to find my vein while I continued to bleed. He then made a comment on my size, I was now nervous breaking a cold sweat and feeling very nauseous so I asked if there was a bathroom because I felt like I was going to vomit. Coming back from the bathroom he tried to urge me to let him try on my right arm and I said no thanks because I thought I was going to pass out. My arm is bruised and sore and I will now be missing out on my 10k compensation from egg donation because it’s not worth it if I have to continuously risk my health at sketchy places such as this location. Man made it clear that I only have to try again if I feel comfortable which is appreciated but I have had my blood drawn and donated blood as well many times and never had an experience like this one.

The guy that was working reception when I arrived was very rude when asking if we an appointment. Even though there is a sign on wall saying. “No appointment required, Walk ins welcome!

My husband had a lab test on the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend. He was anxious for the results but did not get them before Any Lab Test Now closed on Friday. I left a message after the lab had closed but didn’t expect to hear anything until Tuesday after Memorial Day. We were pleasantly stunned to receive a call from a very nice lady on Saturday morning (they are closed on Saturday) letting us know she had gotten the results and emailed them to my husband. This meant a much happier husband over the long weekend and I sincerely thank you! This excellent customer service and caring attitude is so very rare these days and we want to recognize this company as an outstanding addition to the communities it serves.

It was not clear from the email communications that pre-payment was required. No one called us after making an online booking and then the night before the test we received an email that the appointment had been cancelled. This was for a flight so we needed fast service. Called and spoke to one of the owners (Karen) who was abrupt and condescending on the phone.Got it rebooked and the actual test was quick and efficient, but very expensive. The guy doing the test said they "loved" all the Canadians that needed PCR tests to go home$$$$

Horrible experience. They stick the needle 3 times and got not blood. So if you don’t have veins sticking out they can’t do their job. This is the fist time that this has ever happened to me. Never coming here again. If i could i will give them 0 star .
