I went to Englewood Beach Florida I live in Venice Florida my motorcycle broke down and they left me stranded there. Cost me $214 for a tow back to my house. I thought I was safe with premium motorcycle., I don't feel safe with that card anymore. Being stranded with your motorcycle ?️ is a horrible experience. I just hope no one else has to go through what I went through.!!!

So I just received a trip tik from there office and when I went to scan the code the directions came up, great. But I need these directions to be transferred to my car monitor and it did not happen. Now I have a Hyundai 2024 tucson and the technology should be advanced enough to do this, but I am having problems making this happen. I called there office to ask them for help in accomplishing this task but was told that there was no one in the office that could help me. Come on guys,,,,, your telling me that you place a bar code onto the trip tik but have no idea how to have these directions appear into my car GPS? Yes, the directions appear on my phone, and yes I plugged my phone into my car, but then the directions change immediately to the fastest route and not the route that trip tiks has for me. Blows my mind that they do not have written instructions for them. That way when people call they can meet them in the lot and show them how it is done.

Slooooooooow! And they lie. Roadside Towing, is all lies as to arrival. I just found that after waiting over an hour and hearing recordings saying they on the way that they, lie because just assigned it to a tow company.... Thanks AAA but you get a F Today!

Waited 8hrs placed call at 4:39pm Sunday & it's 12:45am Monday, called several times. No one showed up. IDK what the point of road side service. This is the second time this has happened. No one has answers why except they're sorry. Find another option or have jumper cables. Good luck! AAA used to be excellent & waiting 45min was inconvenient, 8+ hrs later is ridiculous!

Very nice people working there. Got my passport photo there. Wished they gave you a choice of photos to choose from. Lordy why do D.L. , Passport photos make the person look horrendous. Ugh!!!

new guy came for a roadside tire change and was unprepared and aloof... why bother sending anyone. This guy didnt have the truck air compressor connected, could not put air in my spare and then was flippant about the whole thing when i was clearly upset that he couldn't actually help me
