The store is extremely busy because of its location. Both registers are running and I was still 25th in line. But, it's the only store in the area.They do have a lot of items to choose from. And I believe the clerks are trying to do the best job they can.

Awesome store. Very Convenient getting off the highway. I stopped there all the time for the most part. The store is always clean. Staff is friendly management is awesome.

Horrible customer service. One woman at the front desk is very much rude suggesting you’re going to break the machine just because your card isn’t working. If you’re not a “Karen” prepare this teenage adult to turn you into one with her attitude

Literally just stood at the register for like 15 minutes before any one aknowledged there were multiple people ay the register...and 2 employees look3d dead at us and said nothing to us or their coworker who shoukd of been on counter...I legit almost just jumped over counter to cash myself out and the dude behind me was.bout to just leave with his beer...and then finally was greeted with the worst case of a bad attitude ive ever dealt with at a store and i literally hadnt opened my mouth the entire time. Pretty sure next time id rather run out gas on the highway than come here again.

Lady at the counter with the tattoo next to her eye is ultra woke. Don't walk in there wearing anything suggesting you're even remotely conservative. She will tell you about it. Or on second thought, go ahead. It might be fun.

They do not seem understaffed but always have a 10-person line or more the sausages are old sometimes and will make you sick they don't mind poisoning people.!

Too many of the stops along I-75 northbound don't have any good way for traffic to turn west. I pulled off at two other exits before I got to this one hoping that it would be better. It's not, really. But at least it's possible to make a right turn getting off the highway and then make an immediate u-turn so that you can get to this 7-Eleven. At 7:30 on a Wednesday morning, the place was packed. Lots of construction and landscaping workers getting their breakfast so there was a queue. It moved as well as it could and the lady who rang up my coffee this morning was pleasant and friendly. Other than the widening construction on River Road (which will be done eventually) and the crowd in the morning, this was a good stop. [Review 18959 overall - 1575 in Florida - 2483 of 2022.]

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms.Granite sorry that you're busy but it takes 1 minute to check the bathrooms every hour if you do it every hour on the hour your bathrooms wouldn't look like hurricane Ian was on there.

Unfriendly and non-helpful staff. Dirty bathroom, no hand toweling only those unsanitary blowers. Disgusting. Cold " hot" food. Management deal with your employees and manage the store or sell out to WaWa. They know what it means to take care of their customers.

It's been over two weeks since my visit but of what I remember was, in for hot tea and out of teabags. Settled for cold drink which was more appropriate for the weather but that should have been my choice. Clerk was polite. Clean but a very empty store. Guessing supply chain issues for 7-11. Best of luck
