With all the choices in the area on where to purchase my food or drinks, the one thing I will not stand for is poor customer service and pre judgement or prejudice. The gentleman working the afternoon when I just stopped in is the epitome of this counterproductive bias and behavior... learn how to treat people before working with them and/or passing judgement. Just because one person screwed you over doesn't mean all people will screw you over. Welcoming customers would be better business model than judging them, one would think.

I am very disappointed in this gas station. They weren't participating in bring your own cup day that 7/11 had all over their website and on the news. The owner acted like I was crazy when I asked about it. Will not return. Ever. Went to another 7/11 in town they were participating and so so friendly

The Brand new owners are terrible! We have gone three times in a row there and every time the new machines are broken and the owner just starts shaking the machines and yelling at the employees. So we just figured I would get my kids slurpees instead-bad idea. Once we filled up the Slurpees we walked up to the front asked for straws and the owner laughed again in our face and said we don’t have Slurpee straws here. So basically all they have is horrible customer service,broken machines and no inventory. Drive past!

Chad, hands down is why everybody goes here.....literally he's the kindest, genuine, most sincere person on the planet.....when my day is feeling down I go there for no reason other than to get a pack of gum and have Chad bring a smile to my face! You rock bro!
