The pharmacy staff is so kind. Be patient with them. They are humans. It’s not their fault the retail pharmacy industry is a mess, and problems with your insurance or doctors office are not their fault. I’m respectful with them and they always do anything they can to give me great service. I would recommend using this pharmacy if you’re capable of treating others with patience and respect.

The pharmacy at this location is CONSISTENTLY unorganized. Save yourself the frustration and headache and switch your medication to a different Walgreens.

I'm sorry, but this pharmacy sucks. I dread having to pick up my Rx. I have never not had to wait at least 30 min inside or outside. Yet the only reason I use them is my health insurance demands it. To Walgreens mgmt. 10 min is too long of a wait. Why must we wait 30+ min? I know my RX is ready because of the number of voice messages I receive every other day reminding me to come get them.

I have used Walgreens to shop and for prescriptions anywhere I haveived for many years. I have never had problems like I have had for ONE YEAR at the store on SR 60 \u0026 Valrico Rd. The staff up front is very good, great customer service. The pharmacy staff is a joke. I am not some crazed woman who leaves bad reviews for stores. This is due to the fact you can never reach them by phone. After one year at this store I began to use Winn Dixie across street. I had to talk with store manager at Walgreens several times to get help in pharmacy. After the FOURTH time today I went in and same girl who told me yesterday she'd stop any to be filled. I got email saying one RX was ready. Girl today and long pinkish hair one putting RXs in bins were talking and joking, laughing about me so I could hear them. The whole pharmacy should be fired \u0026 hire capable personnel who show customer service! Winn Dixie works with 2 or 3 people and are excellent compared to the 8 or 9 people at a time at Walgreens. I talked with 3 others who have gone to Publix in last couple weeks.

Would give 0 stars if I could!! INSANELY long waits every single time we have to pick up meds from the pharmacy…both inside and drive through!! It takes then 1/2 hour to service a single customer…then to add insult to injury they hardly ever have the full prescription quantity of pills so we have to come back multiple times and co-pay each time. I am convinced there is a racket going on. I sure wish there were more options with medicare!! This pharmacy is the absolute pits!!

Day 4 of trying to get my prescriptions after a week of calls being on hold for 30 minutes to be disconnected, associates giving me wrong answers and my being the one to fix the insurance problem they caused by trying to bill twice. The last time I picked up, I stood in line for 40 minutes, this time I’m sitting in the drive thru so far 22 minutes (I was the 3rd car), still have one car in front of me. If not for my insurance I would not be here. Walgreens needs to figure this out.

This place is a sexist joke. They don't treat employees fairly. Men are treated like trash hear, it's a click type atmosphere of mean lazy girls. Racism comes in so many forms and the management staff especially the Assistant manager seems to have a insecurity complex and caters towards like sex and body employees while discriminating against the opposite sex. Not a place I'll ever shop again. A place that would allow upper management to behave this way isn't getting my business.

I just transferred all my dads medicine to this location as it's close to my house. He is 89 and we have had to get a lot of prescriptions lately and I was trying to make it easier. All of the lovely ladies that work here in the prescription area are fantastic. They have been so helpful in getting everything set up. Now you can store your credit card and your in and out of the drive through in record time. I have been waited on by about 6 different ladies and they are friendly, helpful and are very efficient. Thank you ladies for helping me out, you are appreciated!

Great people, if you have question about over the counter meds, have no fear, just ask a pharmacist.
