Gabriel was a phenomenal help on Sunday morning. He was able to get my dad and myself set up with new phones as ours were ready for an upgrade. My dad is older and was nervous about the phone changing in any way. Gabriel made sure that the phone was exactly the same and even put on his screen protector for him. Two new phones with all information transferred and set up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend.

So after being with Sprint for 20 plus years I had to move to Verizon after T Mobile took over the customer service and service has went to crap!!I was out running errands and decided to stop in Verizon and see what options I could get with my business account. When I pulled up I was greeted at the door and the salesman was very cordial and asked me how was I doing and what did I need help with. I advised looking to set up a business account and leave T Mobile he asked what type of phone and of course I said Apple!! I advised exactly what I wanted and he said he would be happy to advise what options I had. Benny was my salesman and while putting everything to get asked a few questions to one of his coworkers which was Jacques and he greeted me when he came over to advise Benny the steps on the business account. I got there and once he told me the phone I wanted had to be ordered and they could ship it to the store and that’s exactly what we did Benny advised he would call me when he got in on Thursday and I can come pick up my two new phones! Of course I was excited and very pleased with their customer service and how everyone in the store was very nice and professional! Fast forward to the day I get the text from Benny that he was at work and my phones were in the store i advised I was on the way and after getting ghee and getting everything set up with transferring my service. Benny & Jocques were working together as a team Benny was very knowledgeable and he just came out of training and Jocques was very helpful on helping Benny!They worked very hard to make the process go smoothly even with it taking time to transfer everything over from my phones. Once we got everything done I left and when I got home I noticed I was not able to get calls on one of my phones was not working I called and advised and they tried to fix it over the phone but asked if I could come back and the fix it mind you it like 7:45 and they close at 9pm went back and they work as a team Benny ,Jocques and one of the young ladies helped when needed. With all this being said after being with Sprint for over 20 years I have never been treated like I was at Verizon from the beginning to the end Benny & Jocques made what was not a good feeling turn to an amazing experience! They both deserve a raise and I will most definitely send customer there! Everyone in the store had great attitudes and they worked very hard helping and greeting everyone in the store!!I am very happy with my new Apple 15 pro max & 15 PlusToday I had to have Benny help with the phone again because one of my lines didn’t transfer but Benny made sure he called me to get it handled and customer service was very helpful today too!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Verizon Salesperson RonAs a long-time customer of Verizon, I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and integrity from their sales staff. However, my recent encounter with Ron at the Verizon store has left me utterly disillusioned and disgusted.My parents, who are not particularly tech-savvy, were swindled by Ron into purchasing a plan that they were not fully aware of, solely for his own commission gains. He deceitfully added three additional lines and two extra phones to their account without their consent or knowledge.Our attempts to rectify this egregious situation were met with nothing but frustration and incompetence. We were forced to visit the store on six separate occasions, where both Ron and another representative named Cathy continuously denied any wrongdoing and claimed there was no possibility of returning or exchanging the phones, despite clear evidence to the contrary.Furthermore, Ron's lack of basic customer service skills was evident in his failure to transfer any of the data or assist with backing up the phones, leaving us to deal with multiple errors and issues on our own.In summary, the level of deceit and incompetence displayed by Ron at this Verizon store is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that they are being provided with accurate information and fair treatment, not manipulated for the sole benefit of a salesperson's commission. Verizon needs to address this issue promptly and ensure that their sales staff are held to higher standards of honesty and professionalism.

Waited 10 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged. Heard employees sigh heavily out of frustration. Very disappointing to walk in. Have everybody look at me employees and current customers included and not one person could even say hello. Obviously, my business was not valued.

Gabriel Perez provided amazing customer service and was extremely kind. I wanted to exchange my phone and he made the process quick and easy. He clearly knows all the technical aspects of the phone and how to get the new device up and running fast. It was amazing to watch him work! He’s a great example of an outstanding employee. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience at Verizon.

Terrible service. After many purchases at this location I had insurance claim phone sent to me and needed data transferred. Asurion and an employee said no charge. I go today and they want 35$ to transfer data. I will not go back there and will tell all I know to avoid this location Oh and when I stopped by there were no customers in the building. Do not go here.

Beyond exceptional customer service. We came in to add a phone line and upgrade phones and they helped us through the process very quickly despite some technical difficulties. Maria was the rep that assisted us and she was amazing- very efficient but kind and went out of her way to assist us. Joe was also helpful when we had the technical difficulties. Will be going into this store for all future Verizon needs!

Zack was nothing less than amazing. I switched phones on 3 lines and it was seamless, which is impressive to say the least. But what was the most impressive is his customer service and caring for the clients. When I was there several other customers walked in and he always said hi, and someone will be right with you. At one point he notice one guy standing for a bit and said to my wife and I, I hate to see customers wait do you mind if I start taking care of him while your phones update. He assisted 2 other customers at the same time as myself and handled each customer with care. Never once did he complain or let off a negative vibe.Verizon is lucky to have Zack as an employee.

I do not advise anyone who is elderly or African-American not to patronize this store. One of their agents named Maria Aradj tried to deter my mother from paying with cash, she then told my mother don't you have anyone you can give the money to and let them put it into their account and then pay the bill for you.....with all of the scams of elderly people in florida why would she want my mother to do this. Cash is still legal tender in America and at this store. There aren't any signs posted saying no cash payments. She then told my mother that it would be taking longer than normal if she wanted to pay cash. When my mother came to get me out of my vehicle to intervene on her behalf the lady tried to backtrack and then one of the males who worked there tried to say it must be a misunderstanding or miscommunication. No there wasn't...they weren't expecting an elderly black lady to have someone to be her advocate, I don't care if we have to drive 8 hours away to pay her bill will not be using this store .

Arrived with lots of cell phone questions - lots. Actually LOTS AND LOTS! Super service by Ryan and Maria. So knowledgeable. So patient. Really patient. Clearly taking care of us like we were the only Verizon customers ever. But based on this experience (and others we have had at this store) everyone should be a Verizon customer. Thank you, Ryan and Maria.
