Today, Gabriel helped me get my phone back to the original setting. I downloaded an app that messed it up big time!! He was very patient and searched to find the culprit i admitted to my phone. He found it and he was great ! My phone is now in good working order. I thank him so very much for helping me.

I had to send away a broken phone to asurion. The new phone was delivered that evening. The asurion tech spent an hour first alone, then with tech support, trying to set up my iPhone 13 mini. Finally after a long process, she said to go to my local Verizon store and have them set it up.
I arrived at the Verizon two days later after loading my phone one app at a time. I was stuck because I couldn’t get my accounts on a few apps and wanted those 3 transferred.
Gabriel Perez greeted me and listened to my tale of woe. He was comforting, patient and was able to troubleshoot my problem. We decided to just wipe out my new phone and start over. As much as I didn’t want to have to spend the time again or pay to get it set, I realized Gabriel was right.
He maintained a calm demeanor and reassured me through the process. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
Well, I just left Verizon with a perfect clone of my other phone and a greater understanding of how to best navigate my phone.
I am grateful for his help.

Our representative Alec was excellent. He was extremely patient, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Even got us a great deal together with their manager. Can certainly recommend!

Alec Berman, store 3330 Lithia Pinecrest, was AMAZING to work with & our transaction wasn’t easy! We are a family of four, all who upgraded phones, upgraded plans, with several trade-ins and specific needs, Alec was kind, patient, & knowledgeable making this a great experience!

Maria not only took the time to teach me how to use new features on my Verizon iPhone, but she took the time to make sure that I understood what I was doing. She is brilliant and oh so knowledgeable in this, her field of expertise.
She made my Verizon experience a pleasure, for which I am so grateful.
Please be sure to visit her at the Valrico store if you need assistance or just want to window shop—you’ll be glad you did. I know I am.

Alec was AMAZING!!! From the moment he opened the door for me and greeted me with such professionalism, respect and kindness, I knew we were off to a great start! He was able to immediately assuage all of my concerns and frustrations I was having when trying to setup my new IPhone on my own at home for the last few hours! Calling and texting with Verizon was not helpful, so I decided to go to the store that I’ve always had a positive experience with! Alec immediately assured me that he would be able to help me and “fix” all of the issues I was experiencing! He took his time, never rushing me, but always making sure I fully understood my new IPhone! Alec is a huge asset to this store and the Verizon company! Thanks again Alec, for your time, excellent customer service and patience! I’m sure you’ll go far with Verizon!!

My wife and I visited the Verizon store in desperation due to the mistake I made while attempting to set-up two new I phones we had just delivered by Verizon. That mistake I made ended up with over five, (5) hours of calling Verizon tech service reps and four of them attempted to correct and reverse my mistake.
I was advised by a tech from the elevated Verizon tech service department who could not get it reversed to go to a Verizon retail store and see if they could reboot the phones.
We went in and were waited on by Bennie McCray and in thirty minutes he reversed my mistake that four tech reps could not figure out and got both new I phones operational.
This is a big shout out to Bennie McCray at Verizon retail outlet on Lithia Pinecrest store at 3330 Lithia Pinecrest Road, Valrico, Fl.

Gabriel was a phenomenal help on Sunday morning. He was able to get my dad and myself set up with new phones as ours were ready for an upgrade. My dad is older and was nervous about the phone changing in any way. Gabriel made sure that the phone was exactly the same and even put on his screen protector for him. Two new phones with all information transferred and set up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend.

So after being with Sprint for 20 plus years I had to move to Verizon after T Mobile took over the customer service and service has went to crap!!I was out running errands and decided to stop in Verizon and see what options I could get with my business account. When I pulled up I was greeted at the door and the salesman was very cordial and asked me how was I doing and what did I need help with. I advised looking to set up a business account and leave T Mobile he asked what type of phone and of course I said Apple!! I advised exactly what I wanted and he said he would be happy to advise what options I had. Benny was my salesman and while putting everything to get asked a few questions to one of his coworkers which was Jacques and he greeted me when he came over to advise Benny the steps on the business account. I got there and once he told me the phone I wanted had to be ordered and they could ship it to the store and that’s exactly what we did Benny advised he would call me when he got in on Thursday and I can come pick up my two new phones! Of course I was excited and very pleased with their customer service and how everyone in the store was very nice and professional! Fast forward to the day I get the text from Benny that he was at work and my phones were in the store i advised I was on the way and after getting ghee and getting everything set up with transferring my service. Benny & Jocques were working together as a team Benny was very knowledgeable and he just came out of training and Jocques was very helpful on helping Benny!They worked very hard to make the process go smoothly even with it taking time to transfer everything over from my phones. Once we got everything done I left and when I got home I noticed I was not able to get calls on one of my phones was not working I called and advised and they tried to fix it over the phone but asked if I could come back and the fix it mind you it like 7:45 and they close at 9pm went back and they work as a team Benny ,Jocques and one of the young ladies helped when needed. With all this being said after being with Sprint for over 20 years I have never been treated like I was at Verizon from the beginning to the end Benny & Jocques made what was not a good feeling turn to an amazing experience! They both deserve a raise and I will most definitely send customer there! Everyone in the store had great attitudes and they worked very hard helping and greeting everyone in the store!!I am very happy with my new Apple 15 pro max & 15 PlusToday I had to have Benny help with the phone again because one of my lines didn’t transfer but Benny made sure he called me to get it handled and customer service was very helpful today too!
