We had great difficulty getting our new phone through Verizon online, but we went into the store and Victor was able to have everything done and completed for us within just a few minutes. We are so appreciative of the excellent customer service we received in the store.

I was walked through all needed stages to make sure I could use my new phone. It took a great deal of time but the service representative was of super help.

Went there today to pay off $1.00 I owed on my phone because they would not take full payment when I bought it. Young lady tried to sell me streaming services. I told her I was in a hurry , but I had a question about the phone. She said that if I did not answer her questions why should she answer mine. She stated she would start a work order and charge me to answer the questions. She also stated that it was her store and if I did not like it I could leave. Needless to say I left and called customer service to report the incident. I understand they make money off sales, but their customer service is totally lacking.

The gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and communicated well with me. The female assistant manager was another story. As I was leaving I thanked the gentleman and commented that it was a shame he had to do two jobs at once since he was asked by her to interpret for a Spanish speaking customer. I wished I had his undivided attention, but did not find any fault for his helping the other customer. She interrupted what I was saying to him, started to argue with me about it, and I told her off for sticking her nose into our conversation. I have never done anything like that before. I laughed all the way home for the relief I felt after giving her a piece of my mind. The two employees should change jobs, he is manager material, she is not (in my opinion.)

If I could give less stars than 1 I would. I have had Verizon for years and have never had any issues so I told my grandma she should switch over for mobile and home internet service. She came into this location and dealt with Marissa unfortunately.. I’m not even going to write out the whole fiasco because I’ve already contacted customer support over the issue but please don’t send your elderly parents or grandparents here to get scammed into promotions and multiple lines that they didn’t want in the first place because trying to get them to help you return the unwanted items is almost impossible. The managers are the only ones who can handle returns and they BOTH work at the same time and leave at 5pm when the store is open until 8pm which makes ZERO sense. Nonetheless they all went and hid in the back room leaving the store with me and my grandmother standing there hoping we would end up leaving I guess. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Marissa delivered service excellence not only with myself but with both my teenage kids in updating our plans, upgrading our phones and purchasing bundles. Marissa was knowledged, outgoing, enthusiastic and definitely had our best interest. I would strongly recommend the Victra Verizon store in Valrico, FL off Route 60 East.

Victor was amazing! Helped me pick out a great phone, got me an awesome case as well! And was able to upgrade my plan that saved me money! I would definitely recommend having Victor as a salesman he's awesome!
