This morning I went to this location to make an Amazon return that had been shipped to my husband in a clear plastic bag. I was told by the very courteous employee of the UPS store that this pkg could not be shipped back in the original(unopened) bag and that I could either go home and pack it in a box or buy a sturdier plastic bag from her for $5.25. Well, I was rushing around doing errands so I chose the convenient route and paid the $5.25. The bag was nothing special and probably cost the store no greater than 40 cents. I feel that the price should have been more fair and that this is price gouging and taking advantage of loyal customers.

Went this morning to drop off a package and the 2 girls opened late and couldn’t even figure out how to open the cage curtain. The “manager” on the shift decided to let everyone in line wait while she messed around with the door. So one girl at the counter to help more than 11 people in line and the other one left her register to go play with the door. I had to leave my package on the counter and told her. This place needs more competent employees.

I had made similar number of copies a year ago that cost me around $120. Cost nearly $600 today for same order number. No pricing in store posted. We'll not be going back here due to exorbitant prices

Normally the staff there is very friendly and professional, however today I had an extremely negative experience at the store first caused by another customer who knowingly cut in line and then secondly by Mary Ann (the employee on staff at the time) who didn’t take the time to assess the situation before issuing a belittling statement to me and then eventually denying me service at the store while providing service to the other customer that cut in line.

Excellent employees and customer service.
Recently had to drop off a package and place a printing order at this location. The store was very busy. Just have to give a shout out to the employees who worked so well together. One even had to leave during the rush because of an emergency call from her child’s daycare. Another employee jumped right in to take her place. When it was my turn, the file I gave them to print was evidently tricky to align and was taking some extra time to get just right. I decided to run into Publix to get a few things instead of waiting in the store. When I returned my print order was complete and I was given my order at no charge because of the “inconvenience”. I never expected that. Thank you Lithia Crossings UPS!

They rarely answer phones. I tried to get something notarized 4 days in a row. System was down and then the person wasn't there. It would save a lot of time if you updated your phone system to let people know and/or answered the phones.
