Every time I attend this place, there is 7+ people in line with only ONE employee. Hire more staff!! The Boyette location has 5 employees with minimal wait time. I'll never go back to this place.

The employee with be long curly hair never smiles, seems always disengaged, never says thank you, doesn’t make eye contact (I’m not sure he can as his hair is over his eyes and in his way, constantly touching it). I love Blake and I think it’s Amber. True customer service there!! Love the store, always clean. But that particular employee needs to have some retrain and wear a hair net or pin it back when servicing customers.

I use the store pretty frequently and I just wanted to say that Amber and Blake are amazing. They took their time to make sure my print job was exactly right and were so conscientious about making sure that our new menus looked the way that we wanted them to I highly recommend this store, not only for shipping, but also if you have printing needs..

I’ve been a regular customer at this UPS location for quite some time, and up until now, I’ve consistently had excellent experiences. The team has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient—even during busy hours. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist have truly defined great customer service for me.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit felt very different. While the store wasn’t crowded, the interaction I had left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. The employee who assisted me did not make eye contact, spoke very little, and seemed visibly disengaged. I understand that everyone has off days, and customer service can be demanding, but even a small gesture of acknowledgment or professionalism can make a big difference—especially when handling valuable items.
I didn’t feel confident that my return was processed with care, and the overall tone of the interaction made me hesitant about coming back. I share this not to single anyone out, but in hopes that this feedback encourages continued attention to the customer experience, which has always been a strength here.”

I had a large print order (5000+ pages) to do for my church. They did great quality printing exactly to my specifications at an extremely fair price. The attention to detail was obvious in the final product. I am pleased to a level I have not been at in years!
