Excellent service! Special thanks to the customer service supervisor Kimberly Rivera who went above and beyond tracking my package and finding its exact location. She answered all my questions with respect and professionalism and never complained about all the uncertenties I had. At the end the package arrived to its destination without further delay. You got one happy customer! Thank you once again.

The USPS office in Valrico is at it again. I was supposed to receive a package that was initially sent UPS last week. UPS handed it off to my USPS office in Valrico early Saturday, June 29th, morning with a notice that it would be delivered that day. The I received a notice from the sender that it would be delivered on Sunday, June 30th between 7:15 am and 11:15 am. It never came. I then got an alert from USPS that they could get access to my location. Funny that they never had an issue before. If they couldn't get into our gated community at the gate, all they need to do is look at the gate code for my name and call me which they never did. Now I am being told that it will be tomorrow before it gets delivered. This is extremely BAD customer service and another example why I only use the USPS only when I have to

Have had 3 packages now that I have sent to my friends get lost or stolen. Called and had them put the package aside and require ID to retrieve it and still lost it. Give people po boxes that someone already has. Seriously so mad right now after having Christmas and birthdays ruined because they don't know how to handle packages properly. Will be calling tomorrow to figure out where the hell my package is

I came in for a walk-in passport appointment and Amy took amazing care of me and my daughters. It was quick and painless. She literally had us laughing the whole time and my kids loved her. She deserves the lead clerk role! Thank you Amy for such a fun appointment!

This is the 2nd time this week that the substitute postal carrier has run over my blocks around my mailbox. They don’t care & are in too much of a hurry to avoid the flowerbeds around the box. Can’t talk to any one about it bc they DON’T answer the phone. AND THEY WANT TO INCREASE RATES. Two stars is beyond what they should get!
