DMarco with The Brenda Wade team was absolutely incredible! His professionalism coupled with his calm and friendly demeanor clearly serves him well in this business. Our home was listed and within 24 hours we had several offers and ended up closing over asking (which I know may be a little difficult in today’s market).
His admin team were all absolute rock stars as well. So helpful and really ontop of everything the whole way!! My name is Mike and I live in Dallas Texas. I recently lost my aunt who passed away in June. She left me her condo in Sun City Center Florida. I picked Brenda Wade to do business with because of their reputation in real estate for our area. I was fortunate enough to be linked up with their realtor representative Kim Greaves. I had a plan... and Kim did a great job helping me through the home buying process. This isn't my first home and we were trying to find our last one. There were a lot of checkmarks that this house needed to fill. The biggest would be my wife. She has thrown shade ever since our last house. When we saw this house and my wife's reaction, I knew that I would have to be on it like stank on shhh. Guess what? We closed in 30 days! We had a lot of hurdles and got through them. It was like me, my wife and Kim on a bucking bull and holding on... we were going to close on time. Kim brought a lot of knowledge to the table and was very professional. She knew when to raise red flags for discussion. I will be selling soon and will be using the BW team again! I really appreciate you Kim!

Working with Kim Greaves has been an absolute joy. We fortuitously got connected with her via Zillow, but so grateful we did. She was incredibly patient with us (we moved from the northeast) so there were only a few days we could meet on end and see homes but she made every effort to do so. Whenever we needed something, she was there and if she didn't know the answer she made every effort every time to find the solution for us. It was paramount for us to connect with someone that was kind and someone who conducted business the "right" way. Couldn't recommend her enough and wish her all the best.

Kim Greaves is an amazing realtor! It was our first time buying a home and we were under a super tight timeline. Kim explained the process very clearly, and was always willing to hop on a call to answer the many questions I had. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and persistent. I expected the whole buying experience to be very stressful, but with her advocating for us I felt reassured and confident. Absolutely fabulous agent. Acquiring land in Tampa is a challenge to say the least. D’Marco literally went knocking door to door to see if any unlisted house would be willing to sell. We got a great lot on an incredible street. Recommendations for potential architects was also spot on. And finally, D’Marco helped us put together a great lease for the property. He earned our trust with his advice as he cared about our needs and not about making a commission. Highly highly recommended!!!

D’Marco Lankes was a dream to work with! We were in Tampa visiting family and fell in love with the city. Found a few properties we just wanted to peak at. He spent so much time with us on short notice. Ended up seeing multiple properties. After we went home, we couldn’t stop thinking about Bayshore Beautiful, but properties rarely come up! D’Marco went door to door!!!! We got a lot on the most beautiful street in the area. We could not be more impressed with his knowledge, kindness, persistence, initiative, communication, hustle, etc.
