My nephew, who is 24 years old, wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes but he didn't have his ID with him. I went to buy the cigarettes with my ID and both the employee and the store manager were very disrespectful and refused to sell it to me either.

Older white female was oriented x2, she didn't know to even operate register properly,supervisor younger white girl was resist, no courteous words in communication, and she wont sell lottery to me before 6:30am, and she told me thats speedway policy not federal policy, I think she lied to me,

DAMIAN T. was very rude. Wife and I are driving within passing and had to go to the bathroom at 9:50pm. While we got gas I asked to use the bathroom. He said no you can’t. I said there’s no sign that says I can’t it says to get the key from the counter, and he said he wasn’t going to let me. That there’s problems. I’m sober, asked in a calm respectful manner. He tells me to go to Shell and try using their key or a Burger King. Meanwhile he’s laughing while other customers are waiting. Clearly just is there to clock in and clock out and could care less about a customer needs.

never had any problems here sometimes I go I park take a few minutes to myself break away from home and if you happen to fall asleep they won't call the law on you like 7-Eleven

So I go to speedway all the time on highway 60 and valrico road like any other time I went in to grab a drink figured I'd get some fuel,didn't really need it but I got it got regular 87 on pump 7 $15 at 4:50 p.m. on January 21st 2023. But when I came out and pumped the gas no fuel came out of the nozzle. it was reading that it was pumping fuel but there was no fuel coming out of the nozzle so I figured it out. When I went back in the store and I tried to talk to them and they couldn't find the transaction,they could not find anything for $15 for pump 7 or anything similar. so I'm going to have to go up there tomorrow morning and talk to a manager and figure it out. I have the receipt on my rewards on my phone,the app that shows that I did pay for fuel doesn't say the pump but there's nothing for 4:50 p.m. on January 21st 2023 for $15 at all on either one of the employees register but the pump did work as far as telling me the money amount and the gallon amount,there was just no fuel coming out of the nozzle so be careful at that store getting gas or fuel because you may not be getting anything.

Go to speedway every morning for coffee very clean store employees are awesome and the rewards card for speedway is always a cool thing to use because I save a lot of money that way.

I've been coming to this Speedway since a young tike when it was Hess. Love the workers, always clean and well stocked. Not sure what I'll do when I move from Valrico!
