This is a very good Ross but if you are gonna go, please watch out for a lady I can’t identify her name bc they don’t have name tags..🤨 she looks white, but she may be Puerto Rican. I went to the check out and my total was 65.51 and I gave her a 50 dollar bill to pay. Then I asked if I give her this $50 can she give me 2 $20 bills and a $10 bill. And I was going to give her the $10 and I already gave her 51 cents. I had to repeat what I meant 3 times and she still didn’t get it. So I ended up just paying with the 2 $50 bills, because I don’t know how she didn’t get what I meant ?. As I walked off she wants to roll her eyes and say “that’s doesn’t make sense” how ? You even said that your math is wrong if you can’t do simple math like that then you shouldn’t be a cashier if you can’t do the math and give me 2 $20 bills and a 10.

Since I have worked here, just about every day, customers have personally COMMENDED and complimented on how clean, neat, and organized our store is. I absolutely LOVE being a part of the Ross team here in Valrico and enjoy witnessing the great progress that comes from putting in all the hard work we all do every single day.

Does anyone else get annoyed with the issues of sticky tags on the inside of the soles of NEW shoes you just purchased? I mean having to use goo be gone EVERY TIME you get shoes is pretty annoying right??? Maybe if enough people leave feedback on this matter we can change how they put their price tags on the shoes, we as consumers purchase. So comment away folks.

Something I was trying to purchase didn’t have a tag instead of the cashier trying to get the exact price she made up a super high price that we both know was inaccurate.. Customer service here is a no for me.
