I was told no appt was needed to drop off urine collection; however, when I arrived at the site I was told to sign in and wait. So here I sit with a collection that is supposed to be refrigerated….waiting. I hope the collection is still viable.

Waking up in the morning the last thing you want to deal is a rude blood drawer. FIrst she misspell my name then she like a negative nelly told me my script was not there without even checking. Don't know how to open a PDF and was very nasty overall. She placed a cup of urine in my hand like I was a child. These nasty people should not be dealing with the public. It brings bad reputation to the company. Get better people please she is dealing with customers not kids

HORRIBLE experience with( EDITH), she has bad attitude and is super rude. We had a bad experience once with her but still decided to go back for a second time at the same office but .. we had her again and same story bad attitude and wasn’t even able to find the lab work order. But the biggest problem is that she gives you the ugliest attitude and treats you like an ANIMAL.Never going back to this quest at this location.WE HAD A DOUBLE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER .(Double HORRIBLE bad experience with her. Today was disappointing. Early appointment with just few customers. The quest technician did her job but was gruff and unfriendly. Inconsistent experiences with quest. Being December, you would think one would be a bit festive and kind. lol. I have had positive experiences in the past. Today was not one of them.

My Phlebotomist, Edith, gave me one of the best phlebotomy experiences I have had since my days in the Navy in the 80's. Her workspace was spotless and her supplies were placed for maximum efficiency. I barely noticed the procedure and Edith's pleasant and positive manner made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. She answered all my numerous questions with ease and got me in on time and on my way quickly. The picture attached attests to.the attention to detail and the commitment to accuracy and efficiency that Quest displayed to me on my recent visit.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Arrived at 915 for a 10am appointment. When I checked in, I selected to be notified by text so that I could wait outside. Waited outside until 1010. Asked an employee if I would in fact get a text and she said oh yes. Came in at 1040 and my name was no longer on the list. Employee says he called my name but I didn't come. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Unfortunately, there aren't many alternatives with my insurance. Missing work.

Place is Ridiculously horrible you make an appt for nothing might as well b a walk in at this point ... Cuzz you still won't be seen at your appt time ... Never again will I come back... And I will make sure to call their Office Manager Believe me I will find that number

Terrible experience with plebotomist. Rude, disrespectful. She refused to help me determine which physician order I needed to have drawn. She stated I should know this and it would take her too much time to go back a screen. I said I needed to know which order to prioritize. She said she didn't have time. After three requests, she reluctantly began to look back and then said sarcastically, " Why are you crying?" I said, "I'm not crying?" to which she replied your eyes are watery. I am a lupus patient. My disease affects my eyes. It was humiliating. I go every three months to get blood drawn so it's not my first rodeo. Her rude tone and antagonistic attitude can't be sufficiently portrayed in this review. I have never been treated this way in 15 years of doing this. I actually ended the appointment without getting my blood drawn. Thank you to the Team Lead, Madeline, who listened and said she'd address it. I didn't get the staff member's name, but If you have a thin, older, black woman with curly salt and pepper hair as your phlebotomist, watch out.

They missed drawing my blood 4 times and kept digging around after I told them it hurt, and they were nowhere near the vein.Wait time was short though.
