I asked to pay $100 towards my open balance and the lady told me they needed a card on file so I gave her my debit card and she charged my card $217.86, which she was not authorized to do. This was unacceptable!! You can’t take money from people without authorization, that’s stealing!!

Why make an appointment? They will take patients that are late for their appointments before they take ones that are here on time. Currently 10 minutes past my appointment because two other patients that came in late where taken back. Ridiculous. Ps. One of my appointments is for urine and I've been waiting since 11:14 to pee for it. ??

Fausto the phlebotomist that drew my blood was, patient and respectful towards my fear of needles. Made me feel so comfortable and at peace he pricked me once perfectly I barely even felt it and I will definitely ask to have him do this again if I needed to there he was just great there should be more like him
