I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience my son had at this daycare over the past four years. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt like we were part of a warm and loving family. The staff and administrators are not just professionals; they are genuinely caring individuals who invest their hearts and souls into the well-being and development of every child. My son thrived in this nurturing environment, and it's evident that the caregivers here go above and beyond to create a stimulating and safe space for the little ones. The educational activities, creative play, and social interactions have not only prepared my son for school but have also instilled in him a love for learning and a sense of confidence that will undoubtedly stay with him throughout his life. The bond he formed with his teachers and peers is truly heartwarming, and I credit the daycare's supportive atmosphere for fostering these meaningful connections. Leaving my child in their capable hands every day was never a worry; I knew he was in the best possible care.To the entire staff and administration, thank you for being such an essential part of my son's formative years. Your dedication and love have made an indelible impact on our lives, and we will always cherish the memories and lessons he gained here. If you're looking for a daycare that feels like a second home, look no further. This place is a gem, and we are incredibly grateful to have been a part of this wonderful community. With heartfelt thanks,Tara and Steven Burley

Cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. We recently switched our kids about 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The teachers and administration staff really care about the kids they care for and it shows. My kids are in the VPK and two year old class and they love it there. Staff is always friendly and welcoming every day. They listen if I have any concerns with any of my kids and are great about communicating. Highly recommend this daycare !

I knew this place was the best when my 5 year old son came home and said “Mom don’t ever switch me I’m never leaving”Primrose has been kind, caring & loving!! The most important thing I love is that I know my child is safe. They don’t let any one in the classrooms. They also provide snacks which saves us money and time. Thank you Primrose for your support!!

Ms. Williams and Ms. Q are wonderful - always smiling and welcoming. It’s been an easy transition and stress-free process sending our child to Primrose.

BE CAREFUL, THEY DON’T HONOR THE SPACEWe register our daughter in September of 2022 to start in February of 2023, and when we called and sent email to start in Feb Ms. Rivas (the manager) indicated us that so sorry but we are on the waiting list still and maybe the space opens in Summer without further explanation. So, why they told me that they have the space to start in Feb 2023 if they were not really going to have it. I trusted them and I didn’t go and look for other daycare thinking that they would honor the space and I would be ok.Before I wrote this review I called the manager to solve the misunderstanding and see if there was a chance that my daughter (if they find a space can start in April). I called 3 times and they said that she’s in meetings here and there and I never got a call back.I believe any parent should trust any daycare this days and call every week and make sure that the space is available for them in the future.

This school preaches about teaching your children a curriculum, but they don’t teach it at all. The staff is ALWAYS changing. There is someone new and someone gone everyday. You would think these kids should be progressing, but they’re falling backwards instead. They allow certain kids to abuse others for weeks before kicking them out of the school. If I could give the place zero stars, I would.

My son has been at Primrose since he was 8 months old and we’ve had a good experience. We love his teacher Ms. Ramirez, she does a great job and makes my son feel loved and safe. We also love Mrs. Benfield, Ms. Drake, Ms. Morrison and Mrs. Rodriguez. I would recommend Primrose School of Bloomingdale to my family and friends!

Teachers were overall great, however staff was absolutely not helpful. Not military friendly and if you have assistance thru Child Care Aware they will not apply the assistance in a timely manner. The payments are on autopay and will continue to take your money. I am owed close to 3,000$ in a refund and they have been taking over 3 weeks and still waiting to give my money back to me. I continue to be told “it’s processing and a check should be mailed any day now”. There is no transparency with the status of my refund. They’re quick to take your money but are slow to refund it. Overly expensive compared to other daycare facilities. Doesn’t even provide baby food for infants. My preschooler was bullied by the same child and had incident reports every day for almost 2 weeks straight while the staff did nothing. Too many children in the classrooms for the amount of teachers they have. It’s clear they are more about money.

UPDATE: ever since Mrs Temple, the director, left, this place has been going downhill fast. We pulled both kids out.As first time parents, it is so hard to leave your child in the care of someone else. The staff and teachers at Primrose have made this transition so much easier for us. Our daughter is now 2 (started at 8 weeks old) and we have constantly been amazed about the teachers there. They truly care about the kids and treat them with so much respect and love. My daughter loves going there and has thrived in this environment. Our second baby will be starting in the infant room soon!

A friend of mine’s child had her hearing aids flushed down the toilet by another child due to the teachers negligence and failure to pay attention to their students. Then proceeded to lie about this situation, the school and director refuse to pay for the $3000 hearing aids, a medical necessity for the child. Now they are refusing the communicate with the family. DO BETTER.

Primrose has been a saving grace for our family and my daughter! We left a neglectful local daycare and have never looked back since coming to Primrose. The teachers and front office staff are very loving and involved in the kids learning. I love that the learning is very hands on and they have great routines! My daughter fell in love with her VPK teacher and is going to miss her so much in Kindergarten. We love Ms. Drake, Mrs. Rodriguez, Mrs. Benfield, and definitely Mrs. Knowles!Thank you all for giving us such a wonderful experience and preparing my daughter for “big school” in the fall!

My child has been enrolled at Primrose for more than a year. I tried my very best to be patient with this school and administrator and let a lot of things go. Just to name a few: this daycare has no consistency with their staff. Teachers in the classroom are consistently quitting and they hire incompetent teachers to replace the good ones that left. My daughter has diaper rash every week and I have to consistently remind the teachers to use diaper cream on her. Last year she was supposed to be moved to the toddler class after she turned 18 months. That didn't happen on time. I had to call the director and complain, of course they didn't know how old she was!!!One of the teacher mentioned last week that my daughter had not been eating all day and she felt terrible because she's going all day without eating anything. My daughter doesn't have any issues eating at home although she is picky and takes her time like any toddler. Today when I dropped Stephanie off, one of the teacher explicitly asked my daughter to go and read a book whilst the other kids were having breakfast. To my dismay another child who was dropped at the same time was quickly offered breakfast. When I confronted the teacher about it her response was, "she never eats anyway". I was completely shocked at how they feel that's it's normal for them to not offer a child food just because they think she's not going to eat it. The administration seemed not to care about the situation and were quick to defend their staff. This school does not care about your children. It's all about how much you are paying them and will go to any strengths to defend themselves. If you are looking for a daycare that goes the extra mile to make sure your child is taken care of and not starved all day this is not the place for your family. They don't care!!!
