“This is my second time going to this location for an oil change, at each service interaction the manager has been both customer service driven and efficient in explaining things when posed with a question to help me understand services being rendered. To add, he even remembered who I was the second time around, which was nice. Other members of the team were great as well. “My serpentine belt on my 2006 Ford Mustang was starting to wear and I needed a new one to replace the old one so I decided to come here. I regularly drop off Amazon packages at this auto repair shop for my job. I came in and told Stan behind the front counter what my issue was. He immediately took good care of me right from the very get go. Thought it was going to be a much longer repair but it turned out to be very fast. I brought my car in and was out in about an hour. My mechanic Chris replaced my serpentine belt and the harmonic balancer. I received a discount on the labor for the serpentine belt as well.
