T-Mobile / metro store personnel are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the answers you may not like as far as repairing a phone or fixing a newer phone however they are truthful and honest on what they can do thank you.

Normally I have a great experience here, but this time, not so much. I waited for 2 hours ( not exaggerating) for my appointment. They took x-rays, and then had me wait in the waiting room. After 2 hours I asked what was going on because it was about 5 minutes to 5:00 p.m. turns out, they had completely forgotten that I was there. So I spent 2 hours sitting in the waiting room for no reason. I had to reschedule my appointment for the following week, which is incredibly annoying and inconvenient.Again, I usually have a great experience with my doctor in this practice. They have moved into a new facility and have merged with another practice, so that could be part of the problem. That said, there is no excuse for leaving somebody in a waiting room and literally forgetting they were there.Why is it that doctors' time is considered incredibly valuable, but patients, not so much?

Marrel was an exceptional woman she handle my wife and I account extremely well and was very kind she multi tasked with other customers and was very polite and pleasant she took care of even when it was tough for us and made us feel comfortable she deserves a raise or promotion for her hard work she greets everyone when they come in and is keeping up with the covid-19 and CDC guidelines God bless her and her spirit thank you Marrel

TERRIBLE!!! Went to have old phone switch to new phone. They charged me. Tried 3 times and couldn't get it to work. Instead of a refund they charged me again to switch the phone back. Double charged for nothing. Once my month runs out IM SWITCGING COMPANIES!!!!!
