“Had to rate and comment about the patience and kindness I witnessed today from Marcos. He was working alone around lunchtime and the line was out the door with customers. Marcos kindly took time to help each person and never became annoyed or snippy when he had to repackaged their items/answer their questions/ help find the right info on their phones ( for Amazon returns). In a world full of impatience, it was so nice to witness the helpfulness and kindness of this young man. Awesome job, Marcos! People do notice great service.”
“This is the greatest UPS store in the Tampa Bay area, hands-down. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have drop off’s almost daily and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Side note: As far as the comments about the smell… did those customers notice that it’s next door to Tampa Vapor, est. 2012?”

“Love this location. Long lines move quick. Staff helpful but today, my experience with Jeremiah blessed me beyond words. On my lunch break, I dragged in a large, heavy box in the store to return but it was for FedEx. We laughed and then without a thought, he picked up the box and carried it back to my car for me. Jeremiah turned what could’ve been the worst part of my day into a great encounter with another human being. Young men of this character change the world for the better.”

“I’m am writing this review from in front of the Brandon store. I was assisted today by the African American female as referred to in a previous post and she confirmed it’s her after her great service and my inquiry. She was training a new employee and the transition was a smooth as butter as she walked him through the process and answered all of his questions and mine. I am new to sending packages so she assisted and made recommendations which were cost beneficial and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Her name is Jessica by the way and she greets with a smile. Let’s gooooooooooo! And, yes I have an and…, 2 hrs later I noticed I made a mistake on the shipping address, I called and Jessica saved my hind parts. Thanks African American female.”
“Superior service by all 3 agents I worked with (Yaz, Mikyla, and Ian)! Came into the Plant City Amscot location for the first time and was immediately impressed by their level of multitasking efficiency and level of customer service.
I was greeted with a smile by Mikayla as I walked through the door, Yaz then took me at an open window to assist me with cashing a check, and Ian processed the check. Cohesiveness between this team was outstanding!
What's truly amazing is how many customers were also there with me and watching this team work. They never showed signs of stress, didn't drag their feet, treated everyone with kindness, quickly greeting each one and bringing them to an open window to assist them. No lines is a GREAT thing for customers, but add GREAT service to that as well I'm honestly speechless!
