I went in 40 minutes before my appointment. My name was removed off the appointment for whatever reason when I went to ask how much longer they said 10 more minutes This is already 1 hour after my appointment.

Bad service I will not return here. For routine exams I have chosen the Labcorp laboratory more than once, which is at 1550 Bloomingdale Ave, Valrico, FL 33596 because of the good service they provide and how attentive the people who work here are BUT TODAY THE EXPERIENCE WAS DIFFERENT, I HAD THE UGLY EXPERIENCE WITH A LADY WHO ATTENDED ME AT THE RECEPTION AND IT WAS THE SAME LADY WHO DID THE ANALYSIS ON ME, she is dark-skinned and speaks Spanish (she seemed Latin). She had a bad character and bad communication not only with me but with other people who attended. I have my Phlebotomy license and also during my years of university training in medicine I learned and performed the different procedures and I can say that this was performed incorrectly, in my opinion MALPRACTICE. This is serious something that should not happen, I can't stop thinking about other elderly people and children who receive this lady's service. The rest of the staff is very professional, friendly and makes the stay enjoyable.

They have no idea what they are doing no professionalism, I called and confirmed everything day before and even asked if I can come in to pay. I get here today and all sorts of issues. How did this not occur to your team yesterday. It seems most of talk just want to sit in a cozy office and do nothing.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment and after waiting a half hour after checking in and not hearing anything I had to walk into the employee office just to find out myself the office decided not to take any more patients for the day because they were painting. They didn’t bother to contact me at all!!! I would’ve been sitting in my car waiting for hours. I understand things come up but there was no planning or communication with patients about this at all after I’ve been fasting for 12+ hours. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very disappointed with Labcorp and their policies! I made an appt online a week ago, only to arrive today for appt and they tell me office is closing, and Brandon will honor my appointment. I got to Brandon at 8am sharp for my 8:15 appt and I’m still sitting in lobby at 9:15. This is exactly why I stick with Baycare for all my lab needs! Only reason I’m here is because I was sent here by my provider!

I had to get some bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago, and this was my first visit to any Labcorp facility. I was greeted at the front desk by Debi, who was so friendly and helpful. I was called back really quickly, where the lovely Fee took my blood. I didn't feel a thing! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you ladies, you are both wonderful, and I've already recommended this location to several people.

The facility said they were open Monday-Friday from 6 am -2:30pm. It is now 6:20am & myself and 2 others have been standing outside now since 6:05am. I have called the facility to verify the hours and the recording says the same. I drove over here not feeling well to get labs done and no one has showed up. I’m unsure what is going on but this is absolutely not ok

Been here multiple times. Wait is about 15 min and the workers were always sweet and helpful. Not sure why this has a low rating- it’s my preferred place to go. Always been in and out with no issues. And my docs have my results faster than any other place.

The clinic allows for very easy registration. The nurses are very nice and I was taken care of very quickly (in less than 10 minutes) I was ready to leave.

Pleasure is not usually the word that one thinks I'm going to get labs. In my previous experiences, I had gone to the LabCorp in Sun City Center. It has consistently been a poor experience over the years ?Especially important to note because the patient population is elderly. I used to feel myself leaving that location upset with the treatment of the elderly clients.So I had recently switched to Quest as my preferred lab; however, Quest did not have any appointments at the time I was looking to have my labs performed. As a result, I chose a different LabCorp location, specifically the one at 1550 Bloomingdale Ave ?This is the first time I have gone to a LabCorp and had really good service?I checked in via the confirmation link that was sent to my email address. I was promptly sent a text within three minutes that my technician was ready. The lady who received my information at the front desk (I believe Debbie) was kind (It's important to note that there was someone at the front desk because Quest has pretty much removed having anyone at the front desk) ?The star of the show today was Lindsay, the phlebotomist. Wow! The last few times I had been to Quest, there had been problems with this or that. Lindsay was able to perform my lab draw with such skill and precision; I didn't even know she had begun to draw my blood. This is no easy feat; she additionally had a lot of tubes to obtain. She obtained my blood with great professionalism and detail, and it was also pain-free ??With so many things going wrong, it's important to highlight when people do really well. I had a really good lab visit today, and I hope that this is the norm and not the exception. This is the type of treatment that we should normalize. My whole appointment, from start to finish, took less than 20 minutes ⏰Good job today! ??

The check-in experience was efficient and allowed for walk-up appointments. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist's approach was problematic, repeatedly inserting and withdrawing the needle in an attempt to locate a vein. The experience was painful enough that my wife felt compelled to halt the procedure and request a new attempt in her other arm. Enhanced training in this department seems to be warranted.
