Someone recommended this place to me a while ago and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the service, the 1st time I took my dog his face and eyes looked dirty and smelled bad as if he had not been bathed, I paid Debbie $40 for the service and did not comment anything about it and left. A month after I’ll text her for the second time to give her another chance but this time I took my dog shampoo prescribed by the vet so she can use it but the same thing happened, Debbie did not use the shampoo at all, my dog smelled bad, his paws, eyes and face were dirty again. I think she only cuts his hair and bathe him dry, because her service is extremely fast, she took less than an hr to do it. I was very disappointed and call her, she told me to take him back that she will bathe him again, so I did drive again to her place but after I get there she said that she wouldn’t do it and give me my money back. That was very unprofessional so Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.

Awesome experience, called on short notice and was helped right away. Love this place. The owner /operator was very kind. Would recommend her to any pet parent.

We had a wonderful first time experience here! Debbie was wonderful! She did a great job on my Max, a cute little lamb cut exactly as I asked her to do! She's a very kind lady who is extremely reasonable with her prices in comparison to other groomers. We will be going back to her without a doubt! I will continue to use her as my groomer from here on out! Thank you Debbie for a job well done! I'm very pleased and you have yourself a new customer!

Debbie at the Groom is awesome. Feel very safe leaving my dog in her care. The place is always clean. She listens to my needs for my dog. Weather it is just for a bath or grooming, Debbie does a fabulous job. She has flexible hours. She has great space for boarding. Love this place and Debbie!

Called to ask about getting my long-haired cat groomed. I just rescued him from a not-so-good home situation. (He just wasn't loved by the previous "owners". He wasn't in a hoarding situation or anything like that)The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I tired to explain to her that my cat just needs a good brush out and no bath was needed. The woman goes "He needs a bath. He's dirty and probably matted". I tired to tell her that my cat isn't dirty and he's absolutely isn't matted. She goes "Well, I'm not brushing a dirty cat. He needs a bath." And then went off about how he's matted, dirty, etc etc.I just told her to have a good day and hung up the phone.

This is the best grooming experience my dogs and have ever had. The groomer was very friendly and helpful and my dogs, (who are usually stressed out of their minds at a groomer), were very comfortable and looked incredible. And, her prices are fantastic! I'll never go to another groomer!

I have used Groom Room for numerous fur babiesfor numerous years and I am never disappointed, my dogs are treated well and always clean and smell amazing my newest fur baby a Terrier, rescue Geddy Lee sports an awesome Tampa Lighting blue Mohawk he and I love it.
