Wow- said to make an appointment online so my husband did- said 2 minute wait then got there and they had 3 people in front him. Why make appointments then? I’m sitting in the car for 46 minutes waiting. Joke. Get some HELP. Why “check in” at all if they take their walk ins first?

Very lazy. They were scheduled to close at 7:00. I called 25 minutes prior to see they would be able to cut my hair if I got there in 10-15 minutes and was told they would. I got there 4-5 minutes before closing and was told they couldn’t. I advised that I called and it took a little longer and was needing a haircut and this was the only time I had. There were three stylists working. Two had someone in the chair. The other said since it was about 7 she wouldn’t. Very poor customer service. This is not the first time having and issue at This salon.

I always go to GreatClips for my kids haircut but this is the 3rd time that it looks so horrible afterwards. Haircut was done 4/20/24. We went back 4/22 to get it fix but they were close. Hope that hairdressers know what good and what is not.

Rushed across town to bring my 2 boys as I couldn't book them on the app. I had been slammed all day and they needed cuts before the days end. Arrived at 6:46, they took one boy "as a favor" and denied services to his brother bc they "don't take any more clients after 6:45pm bc they gave to clean to close at 7." Horrible customer service. There were 2 people working and we were the only customers in the place.

Took the family here to get our hair cut, this is the worst Great Clips we have been to. They don't listen to what you want. They cut our youngest bangs way to short it looks like she did herself. They look like a zig-zag and they are so short it looks like a bowl cut in the front. Our oldest hairdresser was so rude. She looked at me and my husband as if we failed at being parents. She bluntly cut our daughters hair, which honestly I could have done at home. She didn't give any texture or remove weight from her thick hair. She told us to use clarifying shampoo, told us she would wash it there, but never did. Lightly dried her hair and gave me a glaring look like I was a awful mother bring her here.
To preface: My daughter is a pre-teen and fights us on helping brush her thick hair. So the day she goes is when she showered her hair and brushed it but there was a knot under her hair. She gets that a lot because she has extremely thick hair.
My hair cut was okay. I really could have done a better job on my bangs, but the back of my hair looks okay.

Am used to having my hair blown dry. They said they don't blow dry your hair. Very disappointed.

The first picture is the picture I showed the lady, the second picture is what I got! They look NOTHING alike! She took WAYYY too much off the top and styled it completely different! The first picture was of me! It should have been EASY to make it look close to what is shown in the picture! Clearly the lady hardly bothered to look at the picture and she totally screwed up my hair! I’m contemplating shaving my head completely and starting all over again!

The African American Lady (we don’t know her name) butchered my son’s haircut! We clearly specified what he wanted, specially not cutting the front part since my son has been growing it for such a long time and she ended up doing the total opposite! My son was crying and her attitude was the WORST PART!!! She said that that was the only way to do it not even apologizing! Also my son said she was very rough and hurt him several times pulling his hair, thank goodness Ashley the manager is there, and she tried to fix it the next day and gave us the complete refund, we always go with her and that’s the only reason why we are going to comeback! Ashley is kind and knows what’s she is doing! It’s funny that in the reviews I see that we are not the only ones that had the same problem with this person! Hopefully we will be the last!

A great shopping center but the best is Great Clips. Each employee very good the main reason long time customers due to the manager. Great customer service skills and hiring a great staff.The opportunity for the shopping center is the parking. The parking spaces are too small along with the customer driving skills going to fast speed bumbs are need for people to slow down, I know you cannot control people driving.Do not know why you stopped the military discount that the area that has over 2500 active duty military and over 5200 retired military members. Seems more business with the discount instead going to barber shops that offer the discount.Thank you

I was told on the phone that a haircut was 17 but , when I was all done with the haircut was told it was 29 that place is a joke. Never going back again.

DONT go to the lady with short curly hair. I just showed her a style saying “this short, not the style, only the height” I told her “if you wanna cut my curtain bangs so bad, cut a REALLY SMALL amount” and this is what I got, I lost the half of it and it’s not even and look at the cut. 2nd photo is what I cut myself, and the 1st one is hers. And the back of my hair has layers which I didn’t ask for, and the layers… I don’t wanna talk about it. It’s not even in a shape to fix, if it was I would’ve fixed it by now. After cutting it, I thought it was good cus it was wet, and guess what she didn’t even dry it. But me being too generous I gave her 10$ tip. I hope you see this. I wish there was 0 star option
