Last week the automated machine did not work properly (I paid for ultimate service).
I called customer service requesting refund. Within 2 days, I was refunded the full amount.
I highly recommend this company for their great customer service.

Inserted coins into the self-serve car wash bay, and nothing happened, except for my money was taken. The contact number hangs up immediately. I don’t recommend going here.

The worst service, they don't blow the water and offer to dry it for you so you pay them more money... almost all the coin exchange machines are broken... I don't recommend it

Presoak in one of the bays didn't work, so I moved my car to another. I get to the end of the wash, and the spot free wash wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend going there. A better manual car wash to go to is next to Brandon Hospital.

Do not recommend. I have been trying to cancel my monthly membership for weeks. I left two voicemails for the number on google.I finally get ahold of someone and she tells me to text her my name and the number on the car wash tag. I asked her when my last day to use the car wash would be, she said she would text me back and let me know.I’ve now texted her 3 times confirming my membership was canceled and asking when the last day of when I can use the car wash is with no reply. Extremely unprofessional and I am just hoping I don’t get charged again.

The BEST car wash in the area- seriously. $8 for a wash with multiple options to upgrade. Really great people working there; too. Vacuums (diy)included with the wash. Remember to tip! They are hard workers & do a phenomenal job!

Used one time, waited in line for 15 minutes. No employee to guide me through, the gentleman in front of me had a free towel dry. I was expected to wait another 15 minutes while the gentleman washed the truck behind me instead of making them wait like I had too. April 18,th. Never coming back.

This is my normal go to car wash. However this time i was disappointed. The gentleman prewashing only squirted water, no brush down. The brushes, unlike other times pushed my mirrors abruptly forward! The tires were still filthy and my tailgate was still covered in road dust. I waited for the gentleman to come out to dry but he did not show. I am glad because the tailgate needed washing not a toweling. Will consider going back or not. Maybe a fluke? Now let me get my hose and bucket out...
