Just opened an account and their customer service has been excellent and their branch is well staffed with knowledgeable people. Very convenient to get in and out of too! Hopefully, they continue to maintain this excellent level of customer service.

This is a new branch. The banking Cafe style had me sold. The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable. Si no hablas inglés, trae tu Google translate. This was a new experience in banking for me, and I liked it. It's my first time trying their products, and so far, I am satisfied.

5th 3rd is trying to Foreclose on my house said I missed a payment...I proved that I've never missed a payment via bank statements to 5th 3rd and their lawyer.I'm still fighting it a year later. Never use these guys. On top of all this 5th 3rd try to Force me to sign a loan modification to change my 36,000 dollar loan and to a 312,000 loan. Literally told me I would lose my house if I did not sign. 795.00 dollars for the next 40 years on a 36,000 dollar loan, how does this make sense? Now I'm having to pay my own lawyer fees to clear my name for something that should already be cleared. They have now went as far as paid my property taxes and everything else trying to take my home from me. My house has been in my family for over 7 generations. I am not trying to give this house up. Nor be pressured into a $312000 loan.
