I would give them zero stars if possible. This company towed a truck front my front yard, not only did the driver get stuck and have to call another tow truck, they left huge holes in my front yard, had the nerve to use my lawn bricks to pull his truck, he broke them and tore up the grass in my yard. I tried several times to contact the owner, not once did I get a call back or an apology. Totally unacceptable, run by a bunch of unprofessional idiots. I have included just a few of the pictures of what they left in my yard. Don't use these people, the owner could not even call me back to even apologize or offer to replace ehat he broke or the grass he destroyed . STAY AWAY

I hope others are lucky enough to have Brent show up for their tow. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road, after waiting all day for other towing companies that never showed up! Hope we never need a tow again, but if we do, Express Towing would be our first call.

They have contracts but never come to the community , I called to report morning of 2/1 and Jared was very unprofessional and hung up on me 3x & said I have nothing better to do . I will be sharing with management in our community .

These people are a bunch of crooks that pray at the misfortune of others. They will go around checking vehicles for expired tags and have them towed.... they are parked because people are waiting for taxes to pay to have their vehicles registered... but they want to be so sleazy that that's how they make their money preying on poor people....I would understand if they are being driven or parked illegally or something wrong but they are in their specific parking..... but karma or God is up there Moses and ur other guy....

Great work guys!They towed my vehicle for exactly the same price they promised over the phone with no hidden fees.The gentleman was not only careful loading my car but also respectful of my property.When my car was delivered to the mechanic shop, I received a courtesy call from him as well to know everything was taken care.Thanks again!
