We used Elenna to purchase a house site unseen. We were moving from out of state and didn’t have an opportunity to travel and see the house in person for ourselves. Elenna was extremely thorough in doing a video walk through and provided honest feedback on both good and bad things she noticed in the house. She wanted to be sure we knew exactly what we were getting. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions.The entire process was seamless and we were very satisfied with the service she provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her in the future or recommend her to anyone !

I would like to write an essay on how great she was during this process, as I believe it is the only way to convey the message. For the sake of time, I will say that Elenna Tamplin is the Steph Curry of real estate. She is CLUTCH!!!! In fact she is so clutch, she ended up assisting the buyers with their financing. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her craft. One of the things I loved most about her, was when she didn't have an answer she told me she didn't have the answer. Then she went and researched and came back with answers. She never made me feel like I was burdensome and I know I was ANNOYING! She left no stone unturned. She's an exemplary realtor!! If you are looking for a realtor in Florida, she is a great choice, at this point; she's my only choice. When I go back home I will definitely be contacting her to assist me with finding my forever home!
