This CVS SUCKS!!!! I’ve been on hold 30+ mins on two different occasions today regarding if my prescription is ready for pick up and it took them 6 hours to fill it, with no call back either. I had to keep going to the cvs every hour to see if it was ready and it wasn’t……what a waste of a day. If I could give it negative stars I would !!

I can’t say enough about your pharmacy team. Jasmyn specifically went out of her way to create the best customer experience possible for a woman who was truly having a difficult day. She was patient, kind, emphatic and showed genuine care for the RX needs I had yesterday. CVS should be PROUD of the amazing woman they hired to be part of this team and if she’s not in charge, why not? An asset to your company in every way be sure to rely on her for future success and happy customers. It’s hard to receive a compliment and easy to complain but this young lady warrants the time it took to write this. The next day I’m still blown away by her kindness.She didn’t have to be. She didn’t have to go above and beyond. She chose to. That’s the power of her business choices when dealing with ultimately sick or post operatively suffering patients. Thank you!!

Worse Pharmacy ever. DO NOT go there. They will fill your prescription if you need it or not. I just had surgery 1 week and a half ago and turned in a prescription for pain meds. It's been 4 days and still no call. Called today and they said they couldn't fill it because the Dr. Prescribed too much. That would of been nice to know a few days back. STAY away from this pharmacy and go to one that actually care about patients.

I was having an issue with my script being transferred. Nicki took the time to assist me and went ahead called Walgreens and took care of it. Appreciate her professionalism and her kindness.

Beware. This is possibly the worst CVS in Florida. The Pharmacy is a joke. Good luck calling in, as they never EVER pick up the phone. I always have to go in to follow up on any prescriptions that are overdue, and they either tell me it is not available, send me on a wild goose chase to other CVS's to find it, or its still sitting on a shelf because someone is too lazy to fill it. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the road and low and behold, when I call someone answers. I even have received follow up calls asking if I am doing ok with my medicine. DO NOT USE THIS CVS.
