“we love Wawa. I think I go there at least twice a day… at least… they’re always so friendly… except the older, low cut, WOC who works the cash register… and yes, im also African American so I will say that.
But, I had an experience with her where I didn’t want to use cash because I had other means of paying and she got smart with me and just treated me as if I didn’t have any money at all and was basically wasting her time because it was taking me a few seconds to decide WHICH money I wanted to use. SMH.

“I usually come here for gas only, but late nights I’ll grab beers from here becaus they’re open late… the guy that works most of the late nights is always connecting with every person that walks in there. He always makes me feel good and he takes his job seriously when needed. I’ll grab his name and update but he just needs recognized and a pay raise!”

“I called after getting lazy customer service from another speedway. Kayla answered the phone and was very sweet. She was able to answer my questions, and I decided to go to where she was. I just moved to Brandon and had been looking for a speedway near me.”

“I went to this walgreens when i was visiting from out of town. I needed a prescription from urgent care and it was awesome because as soon as my prescription was ready, the pharmacy manager consulted with me and answered a bunch of questions. i.e. what the best OTC medications I could take etc. The quick and friendly service from all the staff was absolutely awesome, they were super kind, I don't live here but I would recommend this location 100%. Thanks guys!”

Luckily the nice girl whom descovered my LG contacted me and returned it to this fine establishment and I recovered it.Nevertheless, I do frequently shop here and usually out of the return of their hospitality, I tip them. Convenient and nice neiborhood shopping.”
“I tolerate the rudeness that just seems to come with the walgreens brand pharmacy SOP. The ONLY reason I continue to come is because of the intelligence, kindness, knowledge, patience, and efficiency of the head pharmacist Antonio and his tech whose name escapes me at the moment but he's the only male latin tech there so if walgreens executives review this and that 3.0 star google review needs to start to be taken more serious. Firing of personnel should be given back to Walgreen's Pharmacy Managers. And the two employees I named should be given more compensation for excellent customer service and proper procedure or for the simple fact that they're the only two people there that seem to care about their careers”

She was patient, kind, emphatic and showed genuine care for the RX needs I had yesterday. CVS should be PROUD of the amazing woman they hired to be part of this team and if she’s not in charge, why not? An asset to your company in every way be sure to rely on her for future success and happy customers. It’s hard to receive a compliment and easy to complain but this young lady warrants the time it took to write this. The next day I’m still blown away by her kindness.She didn’t have to be.
