Zero stars. I visited this location not too long ago. My account was apparently locked out for identity verification purposes. I met with the manager who has black hair and glasses, mid 40s. I brought all my identification documents so I could get my account unlocked. Passport card, social security number, and birth certificate which are all legal and valid. He started venting about his ex girlfriend and than denied me access to my account. I will be closing my chase account as soon as I can, in hopes that chase will close it first so I dont even have to go through that process. Disgusted. Will never be going back here.

Radiant Striping Tampa had the pleasure of working with Chase Bank in Bloomingdale Florida on their parking lot striping project. The workers were great to work with and I had no issues with any cars. I would definitely work with them again on any future parking lot striping projects.

Both outside ATM’s hardly ever work. Drive thru ATM has been down for over a month at this point. Seems like Chase corporate stopped caring about the community this location serves.

Outside ATM has been not in service for weeks. Just drive to Riverview location and stay away from this.

Fix the outside ATM. It's been broken for a year. The deposit door doesn't open without pulling it. Everything takes wayyy longer than before. Can't believe this machine hasn't been fixed yet.

Wish I could give this zero stars!I walked in with my credit card and my state ID. Bear in mind I have an account with Chase, but I do not have a debit card. Have banks changed since when I was a little younger? Anyway, walk in and ask to take money out and the guys asks for my debit card. Don’t have one. Oh, well we’re a cashless bank. Is this some sort of oxymoron? I have an account, that account has money in it, and I have identification that tells you who I am… how is it that you cannot look me up in the system?Needless to say, I really don’t understand what they do here, but it sure isn’t banking.

Worse customer service, I needed help the associate gave me a look like if I’m bothering, I didn’t even finish talking she shakes her head saying they can’t help me, I went to my car and called to the bank customer service number and the associate helped me in seconds, he couldn’t believe they refused to help me in the branch with something so simple.

You cannot make a withdrawal here without a debit card. There are no tellers.

Not sure why this branch exists - every time I've gone in to get something done here they haven't been able to help me and have instead informed me that I'll have to make an appointment, often days and up to a week into the future. They also don't take deposits outside of what the ATM takes.Chase didn't get it right with this one - either close this branch or make it a full-service branch that keeps customers happy rather than turning them away.

I would like to commend Jason Hernandez, an employee at the Chase Bank in Valrico Florida. He gave me advice that in all likelihood saved me thousands of dollars. I was in the process of selling a boat and received a cashiers check for it. Mr Hernandez apparently sensed there was something wrong with the check and emphatically insisted that I have it verified at a branch of the bank where it was issued, which I did. The check turned out to be a fake. If it hadn’t been for him I probably would’ve been the victim of fraud and lost a significant amount of money. Thank you Mr Hernandez
