Have been in a few times for different services and they either can't help me or do not do the work completely - causing me to have to come in multiple times to have forms filled out correctly. I'm going to try another branch. Too bad as this one is closest to my house.

Went to open up an account. Place was empty. I was asked if I had an appt.--Said they had no one available to assist me even though there 3 people at desks doing nothing. Crazy thing...went to the Brandon branch and was set up immediately. I would have gone to a completely different bank but already had one account open. If it was wasn't for the Brandon branch and their helpfulness I would have absolutely changed banks!

Went to open an account. The place was empty. A banker by the name of "Andy" was working. He was "busy". Sad day when you can't open an account at one of the biggest banks in the World.... supposedly you have to make an appointment to put your money in their bank.
