This is a great place to take your kids! My daughter loves the staff, they are caring and very professional! They definitely helped my daughter prepare for school years to come!

My Grandson has been at Kindercare for over 2 years. He likes it. The Director Ragena is doing a great job. The teachers are kind and caring. I would definitely recommend.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this daycare. Ms. Regena and Ms. Victoria provide such a nurturing happy environment. All of the teachers are fantastic and my kids really love coming here every day. One of the most important parts of a quality daycare is communication and I always feel listened to in regards to my kids and supported in their upbringing. They have gone above and beyond. THANK YOU!

Kindercare has a lot of work to do specifically this location the turnover rate for management is ridiculous and the care for their employees are poor they have had more than three directors in the last 1 1/2 years and any teacher that has worked there for over a year has quit & there is about three good teachers left in the school and for some odd reason every new hire seems to realize really quickly that child care isn't for them ! So being understaffed is an consistent and inconvenient thing .. meaning classrooms are being closed and kids are being merged into other classrooms leaving there employees overworked and under paid and it's just not enough room and resources in this establishment I know because I was a teacher here for about a year and this was by far the worst job I have ever had unfortunately I never received the support I needed to be a successful teacher & I'm just hoping this KinderCare gets it together because it has a great potential and great children just needs a lot more Long term stability in the management department and I really wish that they had fought for some of the teachers that have been there for years that quit because without them they wouldn't have come as far as they have today .. the company should've did everything to keep those teachers everything to satisfy those teachers to make them want to stay and if the kids had a say they definitely would prefer the same teacher they've had for years over a new teacher every other week but that says a lot about the company Kindercare itself as to why I too eventually end up quitting because it became too much ! So if you ever had or have children attend this Kindercare I can almost guarantee you your kids were not in good hands if they weren't in Ms Dawn Ms Savannah Ms Ariel (myself ) Ms Bri or Ms Lacie class and the cook Ms dezmila and only two of those teachers still remain as employees in that building so you can only imagine what type of care your children are really receiving it's a hot mess ok my rant is over I just hope this helps a family Because it's about the inside structure it's about the team that a daycare has that truly ensures that your kids are getting top notch care throughout the day trust me I'm a parent myself and I wouldn't want to find out my child was in a classroom at max capacity for most of there day doing nothing for hours and hours all because there daycare is understaffed or have a new staff member that really doesn't have the experience to give your child what they need throughout the day without being taught first just an example of what I mean so you guys can understand my thought process when writing this review

My daughter joined Bell Shoals KinderCare a few months ago in their Twos Discovery program (her first time in daycare) and absolutely loves it. The teachers and staff were wonderful in helping her get acclimated and she now asks to go to school. She is learning so much and really loves the environment there.

We love Bell Shoals Kindercare! It's the home away from home we wanted for our son when choosing a daycare. The teachers are wonderful, nurturing, and fun. Everyone is treated like part of the family. They communicate regularly and the app provides a great peek into our sons day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great quality daycare!

During our first year, there were some management changes but Lacie and the staff did not let the struggles of that change reflect in anyway. The staff is extremely professional and seem to love each child individually. I am extremely pleased with our first year.

My two toddlers attend this locations and we couldn’t be happier! All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. My girls love their teachers- Ms Savannah, Ms Tressa, Ms Lacie, Ms Miranda, Ms Autumn, and Ms Andrea- and have to say bye every time I pick them up. My little one took longer to transition from infants to toddlers and they went right along with her pace, so she wouldn’t be overwhelmed. We have other centers closer to us, but remain here because of the quality, loving environment.

This facilty truly treated my baby girl like family. Always got a report daily and called when she wasn’t feeling well, which i really appreciated. The only reason we changed daycares was due to location and she was on the waiting list, but we insisted her finishing out the infant program at KinderCare. The infant program was well structured and they alternate between bottles and feedings. Your welcome to call to check in with no questions asked. We were part time three days a week. I loved how flexible they were with my three days. If the center was closed on one of my three days, they welcomed my baby on another day of the week to complete her three days. I worked days and nights and if i worked a night shift they allowed me to change my days around so that i could drop her off when i got off work, so i could get rest. I’m glad My daughters first childcare was KinderCare because they made the transition easy for both my daughter and I.

My 3 y/o daughter has been at Kindercare since October 2018. I was super apprehensive about putting in her in daycare. The center is clean, the entire staff is friendly and Ms. Dawn, Ms. Kris and Ms. Jessie are the sweest people and most understanding. They helped along with potty training, eased my nerves on days when my daughter cried for me, allowed me to check in and never got frustrated. They keep parents engaged in what our kids are learning, have an amazing curriculum and best of all, have social activities like fall festivals and sweetheart dances which allow after school interaction and parent to parent interaction. Think Montessori type of school but, honestly better and way easier on the working families wallet. I could go on forever about why we love Kindercare but I urge you to go in and visit for yourself!

The teachers here are very kind and work really well with the children. My daughter loves VPK here. She has learned so, so much in the 6 months so far that she has been there. I definitely couldn't do what they do. I highly recommend this school/daycare.

Both of my kids, 8 mos and almost 4, have been here from the time they were 3 months old and everyone has been amazing. I have no complaints, I take comfort in dropping them off at this center each day knowing they are safe, learning and having fun.

Absolutely love this place. My daughter has been going here for the last almost 4 years and I have no complaints. The staff is amazing, loving, courteous and fun. My daughter has learned so much from being here. Thank you Kindercare staff.
