“Stephen, their store manager is HONEST and so helpful. I came to them because my battery needed replaced. He tested it and when he mentioned warranty I thought mine might be under warranty with them. He came out to my car and realized it was actually under another auto parts store. And said he thought it was still under warranty. He easily could’ve said oh yeah, you need to get this replaced and not been honest with me. But he did the right thing And helped me in a pinch. While they didn’t get a purchase from me today, I will 100% be coming back to this specific location to give them all my business moving forward. Honesty goes a long way in today’s world.”

“My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brandi told me about 4 to 5 days and it was spot on. Felicia, the front office lady, was helpful and nice as well. I got my truck back and the repair is outstanding. My truck was also washed and looked vacuumed out. Another plus imo. Im trying to be more balanced and I am writing this review because I did not receive a 3.7 star service. Quite the contrary. 5 stars. Very smooth process.”
