They are self-contained, do everything at your location and which was very convenient to me. They removed some stubborn upholstery stains. They also removed some minor scratches from the paint. I wish I took before and after photos to show the amazing work they did. In total they spent 3 hours working to ensure the car looked great. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Erick M. is a high quality professional technician. Erick had every opportunity to sell me a more expensive service (windshield replacement) which I would have probably paid for. However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. “I have been to the car wash a few times and also had my oil changed a few times. The work is good. It is just a slow process. A few cars ahead of mine, but it just seems to drag. I was there for about an hour. Which is way longer than I anticipated. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is pleasant.”

“So I had an appointment to see Jules but because of rain they had to close... Called several places to no avail . Finally, I booked with another place for the next day. They canceled at 4:30 p.m..
I was stuck because I'm picking up many visitors at the airport.
So Jules told me to come in but they can only give me a wash and vacuum because it was so late. When I got there I was about in tears. The techs said don't worry we will get this done and they did extra service on my car as well!
Cannot tell you not only how glad I was that they took care of me, but my car turned out fabulous!

“The girl who works the tablet (she’s blonde) she always waves and is super friendly! Only reason I am giving it a four is because only some of my tires get tire shine and others don’t for some reason? Other then that friendly staff.”
“There's a few brushes on the side that are pretty hard. The air blower may dry a car but not a truck fully. Thay Used to have 2 people for when you came out to wipe down the excess but no longer. If you don't mind having to pull over an drying you windows, mirrors, etc.. it's a good place”
