!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Super super poor quality, these people are trying to overun us just like a gym would. They said they "got a new doctor" and don't have our information what type of company loses their clients information. Natalie was very sweet to us but the other lady had a whole attitude, the people at this place try to run a ongoing scam they say they lose your files and information then re-enter it and charge you again. And as like the other reviews I'd leave 0 stars but my review wouldn't post

I went to Aspen dental here in valrico for a dental emergency and the staff was relaxed and calm making more enjoyable and easier to relate to the problems that I was dealing with... The woman that did my X-rays was very knowledgeable and was patient with me and was able to do her job flawlessly.. This was a good idea to choose this location and I recommend this dental clinic and will continue to comeback for future problems... Thank you!

Would not recommend! The pricing is awful- compared to other dental clinics . Also the dental assistant were not gentle with her 18 X-rays .

My sister needed her records, ASAP. After talking to Natalie Barnes, the office manager over the phone to express the urgency. I informed her we would be there in 30 min. When we arrived, we saw the sign shown in the picture. We waited and no one opened the office at 1:00 pm … around 1:30 we saw someone that works in the office and told us they open at 2 pm and refuse to help us. Stay away from this place. They told my sister her treatment would be $15000. Where another dentist said it would be no more $3000. She was diagnosed with breast cancer needs to get urgent dental treatment and this place saw an easy way to take advantage of someone misfortune.

I recently moved back to the area from DC and needed a new dentist somewhat urgently. Aspen was able to see me for an exam the same day, and despite my discomfort, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.The office itself was clean and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional care provided by the staff, particularly the dental assistant, Janet.Her friendly demeanor and reassuring presence were the perfect antidote to my nerves and discomfort. She had a way of making even the most routine procedures feel effortless, and for a moment, I forgot I was at the dentist. It's not often you leave a dental appointment feeling more uplifted than when you arrived, but thanks to her, that's exactly what happened. Her presence was like the perfect anesthesia – took away the pain and left me smiling.If you're looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your comfort and well-being, I highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.

I wouldn't recommend AspenDental to anyone. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Aspen said I need a root canal and a crown. They would not send a copy of my xray to the dentist I went to for a second opinion. Then Aspen said I need a root canal before they crown my molar. The 2nd dentist I went to disagreed. I only need a crown they told me. I've NEVER had a root canal before a crown was put on my other teeth. Aspen is just money hungry. And my tooth has been broken for a WEEK. They lied and said someone called me before today. I had NO CALLS from them before this. They just want to charge me and my insurance for something I don't want or need. I give them no stars but my review won't post without at least one star.

If I could put -0 I would. Very nice people and clean offices. SHARKS!!! When you walk in all they see is a LARGE $ dollar sign. No matter what service you need done, they will tack on two or three extra services that they have to do before they can do the service you asked for. The Dentists are nice, harried, and in a hurry to get to the next Dollar sign. They have a horrible apparatus to take your x-rays and cuts up your gums, square-shaped and unable to adequately fit in your mouth, while the inept techs try to force it despite your discomfort. They have the assembly line technique get em in fast and out fast down to a science. Your wallet will be extremely lighter...but they have many payment plans to go with the EXORBITANT price for their sheisty services. BUYER BEWARE, try the mom and pop Dentist, you will probably come out better with someone who genuinely cares about your dental health and not how much they can bill your insurance and fleece your wallet. STAY AWAY!!!!!

We were nervous with the previous reviews but they cared for my visiting mother who is 72 with above average care on a walk-in. Staff was very friendly. Just was expensive but you get what you pay for. Thanks.
