Yikes! Don’t use this place. My son broke his iPhone 14 recently. On June 15 we went to get Boba at Bread & Butter. We realized there was a cellphone repair shop next door. My family and I stopped in to get a quote, the small man in the front quoted us $200. We said we’d come back if we decided to use their services. Today June 25th I did a call to check if they had the screen in store and if they did military discount. I was told the price was now $329. When I called him out on the fact he quoted us a different price when we originally came in he got super defensive. Looks like they pick and choose prices when they want to? Weird. Anyway- there’s other cell phone repair shops in the surrounding area that will fix it for much less.??♀️

My son got mad and destroyed the digitizer on his 10th gen Apple iPad on Christmas day. I looked around and saw relatively good reviews from Sarge's. They fixed the damaged digitizer, and even re-bent the case into position. Looking at the device now, you can't even tell that it was damaged. I felt that the technicians were honest and friendly, and the price was slightly lower than I was expecting (Apple parts cost Apple prices, unfortunately). My only complaint would be that it took around 3 weeks to get it fixed. Apparently they lost some key personnel, and were pretty backlogged over the holidays. Overall, I recommend Sarge's. The quality of their work is very good, and the prices are reasonable.

Super helpful/professional. Quick diagnosis on my phone and helpful answers to all questions. Did not end up needing a repair this time, but will definitely bring my phone back for any issues in the future

Broke the glass on the main camera for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Sarge's was about to fix my phone as soon as I brought it in and very fast. A few days later, a piece of glass worked itself loose under the new glass and Sarge's removed the new glass, removed the broken glass that came loose and replaced the new glass again without question. The replacement and correction was all under $70 which was a better value than any other location in the area.

Sarge’s has nearly 5 stars for a reason! I almost returned my phone bc it stopped working suddenly… turns out it just needed a hard reboot. Was in and out of Sarge’s in under 5 minutes. Will continue to use them!!
