I love this store, I purchase and consign items here a lot. I have saved a lot of money buying great items second hand, and made money selling my gently used items! The staff is great, and I recommend it to anyone who needs baby or kid toys or clothes.

Customer service is appalling. Today is 7/11/22 and around 3pm today I went into this store and tried to check out with my five items. There were three Hispanic women with heaping piles of clothes, shoes, toys ect. all checking out separately in front of me. The line is growing while they laugh with the cashier and ask about family discounts, while the other cashier is trying obscenely hard not to make eye contact with me as the situation is extremely awkward while I wait for them to talk and laugh while sorting through a mountain of items. Did they offer to check anyone out separately? or address the other customers in line like myself about the wait or possibly checking out at another register? no, instead the two young cashiers exchanged glances and snickered as I waited. I put my five items down and told them thanks anyways but I do not have the time I had a pending appointment. They exchanged glances again and laughed as I walked out. Good job? no. No it was not. I will not be returning to the store, I highly doubt the customer service will make any improvements.

I do recommend, but currently only if you’re a girl mama. There were great choices of stand-up walkers & other baby necessities, too! There were barely any boy clothes to pick from ? I also don’t recommend pushing your baby in a stroller because I couldn’t go down half the aisles. But the store was clean! I traveled all the way from DFS today & I just wasn’t too impressed with the clothing selection. I’m glad I didn’t waste my trip—I was able to find a sit-on lamb plush, a couple pair of shoes, & an itzy ritzy Dino teether. I hope I strike gold next time with boy clothes ?

This place is amazing all around. If you don't want to take the trip to the store because you're unsure if they will have an item, you can easily message their Facebook and they will get back with you as soon as they can with Answer. The staff is super nice. The store is SUPER CLEAN. I've never had a problem with anything I purchased. The wiener is nice enough to go live just about every single day they are open and take request from people. This really is a great company all around. The owner is super sweet and she is always happy to go above and beyond for everyone. I'll really miss this store when it's time for us to move because it's our go-to baby store when we want to find things instead of going to a Walmart or Target

I absolutely love this store! I went for the first time last week and was completely amazed. Everyone was super nice, friendly and extremely helpful. Great prices on everything! I was able to get all the stuff that I still needed for my new baby in one shopping trip without breaking the bank. 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you’re on a budget

WOW. This place is awesome! I come here to buy everything for my son. I shop here every week and I’m never disappointed. The prices are phenomenal, the store is clean, organized, and has a large selection of clothes, toys, books etc!!!

Great store, associates need to realize when it’s time to talk and time to work. Took 15 minutes to check out and there were two customers ahead of me with a few items each. Time is money as well would’ve brought more if I wasn’t standing in line contemplating my purchase with all the time I had to wait.
