Wanted our older garage doors checked out. Scheduled a maintenance service. Josh let me know exactly when he would arrive. He inspected the complete system and addressed all of my concerns. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Easiest repair/maintenance appointment that i have experienced in a long time.

Very long story/situation, but it just shows the great customer service and genuine care for their customers.
Where do I even start with the service I received from NW/Fl Overhead Doors. I initially called for service on my 1-year-old Genie model 7055. I called and talked to Ms. Becca, and she was phenomenal help. She listened to my qualms and walked me through what could potentially be going on and she mentioned they were pretty booked out, but she was able to squeeze me in a week later. Josh is the tech that came out and assessed what was going on, he balanced the tensioner on the garage and started trouble shooting the operator aka the garage door computer/pulley system, learning the vernacular thanks for that Josh. He determines that the motherboard is bad and started making calls to Genie since my system was still under warranty. The warranty part was particularly smooth thanks for Josh and his coordination with Genie. 4 days later I get the mother board sent in, but it is a newer one since the one I had was discontinued. Josh was out there at my home for 3.5 hours working tirelessly with Genie, to try and retrofit the blue board, which btw is not even shaped the same as the green board. After relentlessly trying to make the new board work (which it didn’t), Josh was able to get Genie to send a brand-new operator. 3 days later the new operator comes in, Josh installs it in literally 1 hour. I don’t know what I would have done without the help and coordination of the amazing folks at NW/Fl Overhead Doors, but I can see the teamwork and genuine customer care that they give to their customers. I will probably not use anyone else for that matter after the great work and care received. Thanks for everything!

I called and scheduled for a belt to be replaced, in March, on my garage door. I sent pictures of the opener, belt, door, and data plates. I waited 6 weeks to make sure they got the belt, which by the way can be ordered on Amazon. When their mechanic arrived, he said the belt was never ordered and he had to look at the opener to see what was needed. It needs a belt replaced. He tried to tell me that the opener was too old and I needed another one......for 1K dollars. I told him I would be in touch. He charged me a service call and half an hour of labor for doing nothing but trying to sell me a new opener. They have lost my business. It is now May and I am waiting for the new company to come out this week.

I would recommend this company to everyone in the Florida panhandle. I called for a service issue on Monday morning, and Josh, the technician, was at my house on Tuesday morning at 8:45am to fix the issue. He professionally replaced the parts needed and recommended I also change my springs as well. The professionalism throughout the installation process was top notch, and Josh’s proficiency was remarkable. Big shout out to everyone involved in the process to make my experience a great one!
